One thing that goes underappreciated about Yaz's runs is that he doesn't follow the weird trend of making the character look their absolute worst, he actually puts a little bit of time to make them look good even. Love that.

At this point you've probably killed more The Rotten than taken steps in the entire DS franchise... that is a moment for sure.

I am In love with this video! The last 3 uploads have been fantastic and I am gonna be re-watching this a LOT so I can route my own Bow run. I will say, The Sea Bow which can drop from the Varangian soldiers wielding a bow, That bow has better scaling and damage than the Long bow which is Very nice until you get the Hunter's Black Bow. Doesn't require much farming and is very strong. Its the bow I use normally in my Quality builds until I get the Hunters bow. Still Fantastic Run Yaz! Cant wait to see the next run.

So glad to have more DS2 content. My favorite Dark Souls by far. I don't know why but there's something so satisfying to it. The fun I had with it outweighs the annoying/ugly parts 100%. And one thing I like from your videos is that you sound like you're just having fun and being yourself, unlike most other channels that are too serious or are trying so hard to be funny just because.

I would love to see you do a dragonslayer crescent axe run, one if not my favourite weapon in the whole game, btw love your videos, they make me want to play ds2 every time one comes out

Before starting the video I'm just gonna say yes. DS2 easily has the best bows in the series. And DS2 is the only game where I want to keep a bow/crossbow on me at all times for either luring or sniping enemies. They shoot fast enough to deal with bosses, poison arrows are just godly and make scarlet rot look like baby shit and they're all really light which makes then solid for a flynn build.

Yaz is genuinely one of the better Dark Souls youtubers, videos are just quick and concise without any extra stuff just for fluff. We appreciate it Yaz!

I did a DS:R bow-only run a little while back, surprisingly easy actually. If you're willing to be patient, then having a bow kind of trivialises most trash encounters in the game, and a LOT of the bosses have cheeses (O+S and Gwyn are some good examples). The hardest part is honestly Asylum Demon, cos you've got 30 arrows to take him out, and it takes ~16 iirc so you basically have one shot to do it.

Honestly I have to give my hat off more to Lord of the Rings than Harry Potter. Like there are more Harry Potter movies; but in a nutshell the lore is "magical high school, wizards/witches high schoolers, there's an evil wizard". A lot of movies, likeable characters, not enough lore to keep me hooked. Lord of the Rings on the other hand, there's more than just the movies. Like just the whole background story with Morgoth alone has more depth than all the Harry Potter movies combined imo. And that's not even mentioning the Nazgul, Sauron, the Witch King of Angmar, Smaug, Azog the defiler, the Uruk-hai orcs, the Balrogs.

if u encounter gavlan in no mans, he sells 20 poison arrows, meeting him again under the mine in dark harvest then meeting him again for the final time he stops in doors of parros, him seeling unlimited poison arrows, I use poison/fire(from ornifex) arrows now and then and called it "cheese souls" cause of the OPness of poison arrows ticking damage

did you know you can kill executioners chariot in a special way with poison arrows as he runs? not dropping the gate and getting health down is the way, basically at the last part of his health bar the horse doesn't have the strength to make the jump over the pit anymore.
