So I did actually try exactly that, but because my base damage was still capped to that of a level 55 character it hardly put a dent in him before I ran out of arrows. Whatever strategy I tried it all came down to the same issue; I needed to endure a very long battle of attrition, without making a single mistake, in order to prevail. Maybe I could with enough time, but being forced to constantly repeat phase 1 was sincerely stressing me and with DD2 around the corner I conceded for the sake of being free to fully engage with that.

@@ThiefofCrystalsFair enough, I just assumed blast arrows would be powerful enough to compensate for your own lack of damage. Considering you already tried for 9 hrs, I can hardly blame you for not trying XD

Working as quickly as I can, it's a lot of work and stress to make a guide that isn't misinforming people when you're just one guy with no review copy lol - if you're at all interested I've taken to streaming DD2 every friday, 8PM BST

I think it's basically just trying to sell the challenge of it right, which was actually workable for much of the game but I don't know that it really took Daimon's second form into account for that unless they were actively wanting to make it near-impossible. I was thinking after I finish my first playthrough I might take to streaming the game as various vocations while I learn them as much as possible and gather footage in so doing, could be a fun chill time!

I'll be streaming my first day of gameplay - after that, I plan to play in my own time, I fear I may feel pressured to hurry through the game otherwise. After that though, you'll likely see me streaming the game a lot!
