Man i love Yuna, but this run of Final fantasy 10-2 where we see if we can beat the whole game using only yuna was really something else, there were so many difficulties and problems its unreal, not to mention we had to "nearly" 100% the entire game!

God, Dark Knight is such an amazing Dress Sphere. It's probably my favorite Sphere from the original version of FFX-2.

As sook as you got floral (which I had actually forgotten about cuz i havent played this in over a decade) I knew this challenge would be gg great job. Yuna's special dress sphere can not only solo every superboss in the game, but it was my preferred way of beating them as a kid.

This is random but at 27:02 the cutscene shows the magus sisters appearing with their respective glyphs. Now each glyph has a symbol in Yevon Script that represents a certain element. The symbol for Sandy represents fire, the symbol for Cindy represents water, and the symbol for Mindy represents lightning. The colors of each glyph corresponds with each element. What's weird is that in ffx, when you go to the remiem temple, for some reason, Sandy's and Cindy's glyph colors are reversed, when you see them glow on the entrance to the temple. The colors are correct during their summoning sequence however

Wow a new Primal video. Waiting for this for like 2 months haha. I miss the regular/high volume content there used to be! I know I know getting a job sucks =(. I actually think it could have been cool to include some of the extra content (side quests etc you mentioned near the end). Particularly given how long this one took to make, we want to see as much of the suffering as possible lol

the funny thing i find is using the super spheres was basically how i did my first playthrough. after that ive always kinda refused to use them only because they really negated alot of challenges with many bosses. especially cause it turns 3 into 9 basically and the mega attacks can be insanely strong once your stats and levels get high.

As a kid when the game came out I actually finished the game with the special dress sphere. Riku and Paine were barely lv10 or something at the end of the game, while Yuna was around lv50. Not because I intended a challenge run. It was because my brain capacity was that low as a kid and this was the easiest way to beat stuff, lol.

I was about 12 when I played FFX and had no idea about the Solaris weapons and the sphere grid rework with monster farm drops. I had thought I had played the hell out of the game and that the dark aeons are just money checks for Zanmato. And I thought Omega Weapon were the ultimate boss which I wasn't able to beat because I also didn't get Auto-Life or Break HP Limit. How naiv I was.

As far as I remember Floral gets stronger the more nodes you activate before swapping to it so I am surprised you didn't try a a board with more nodes first.

ahhhh.... FF10-2.... a lot of people didnt like this game. personally, i really enjoyed it. i love the FF5 job system and this was pretty close to it with some nice additions. "we cant get mascot as we cannot 100% the game" well... thats not... entirely accurate. you can obtain a mascot dress sphere from the fiend arena. i think it's something like the youth league cup? ..... but i guess with solo Yuna that would be harder to do than just doing a NG+ run for the last % Floral is great. you technically get 3 party members now and it's got decent fire power and healing. still sucks compared to some regular dress spheres or having all three in the party but eh, challenge run dictates it i suppose. 12:28 "i'm judging you all" HEY, i was 10 when i played this game the first time. and dear lord do i blame Yuna specifically for a few things (seriously, the artwork on the back of the case with the shorts barely covering half her ass? the devs knew exactly what they were doing) so i dont think i, or anyone, can be blamed for anything. 26:58 oh you did get mascot through the league. well i'll shut up then lol dark knight is typically my fave job in any game it appears. and this one is no different. it's fcking busted. good job on beating this. i sure as hell wouldnt do this lol

@Primalliquid92 I think I will, and I hate to bother you but I've always wondered your thoughts on the canon events of 10. It's my favorite of the final fantasies and how I actually was introduced to you, but I'm not 100% on the direction they went with it in 10-2 and the events of the (is it a manga?) Again sorry to bother you with the query I just would love to know your opinions on how they went about a mutually favored series. I personally wish they kept it more serious, but I understand my opinion is just that.
