Big thank you to COSORI for giving me the chance to review their large capacity Airfryer OVEN, which has 11 functions of which Rotisserie, Toast, and the more common fab AF functions such as Airfry, Roast, Bake etc. The main thing about this compact but spacious Airfryer is its capacity and I thought, possibly unwisely to test this capacity to the max and cook my Christmas TURKEY, yes I said TURKEY (not CHICKEN)
The big question is, will the Cosori Airfryer Oven cope with a 3.8kg whole Turkey? Will it burn? will it even be cooked all the way through?? Watch to find out!!

kerry , i bought the cossori oven a few months ago and found it absolutely fabulous. i cooked my sunday pork in it and the crackling was spot on. ive baked my bread in it, the christmas cake ,muffins ,toasted sandwiches, yorkshire puddings and much much more . because it is stainless steel it is very easy to clean and the trays are none stick so all in all it makes life so much easier. hope you and your family have a wonderful christmas and best wishes for 2024 , thankyou for all your hard work in making these vlogs and giving us all new ideas for our cooking

Hi kerry. The Cosori oven looks great. I’m tempted to get one as I like the idea of the dual heating elements. My first air fryer was an oven type but then I upgraded to my ninja af300 and I love it. Morning Kerry, ohhhh this is similar to my tower. It doesn't have the buttons with functions it just has a dial with temp, and the other is time. I'm cooking my turkey in my one, I've bought a frozen one in a foil tray, which just and no more fits, lol. I use the rotisserie for chicken and beef, which is amazing. I love the light on mine to watch the chicken going round, haha. It's my tower I use for making shortbread as it has the shelves, which honestly is a god send. It is brilliant for cooking square and bacon also 😋. That cosori is way better than my Tower, but I cooked all the sausages for breakfast with santa on Saturday, and all the church helpers were amazed by it as they hadn't really seen an airfryer like it. I always put a cloth (rag) on the door when turning sausages, etc, as it mops any grease up and my door comes off also for cleaning, which I love. That looks delicious, Kerry. Very well done. She's alone - and so am I, but I'm considering ordering one as well (I have a Phillips XXL one-drawer one at the moment, plus a no-name single one which was my starting one to see if I'd use it -after a week I ordered a much bigger one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). Great machine! I started off with an air fryer oven last year. An unbranded one. When it bit the dust I got my drawer air fryers. The Cosori looks like a fab piece of kit. The turkey looks awesome. Hi Kerry I went to use my convential oven for the first time this year and found it wasnt working and as Xmas is coming soon and I have 9 people coming for Christmas dinner, I am cooking Turkey and Lamb in my two drawer Airfryer. After watching all your videos I have precooked my roast potatoes and pasnips in batches of 10 in the airfryer then froze them and will cook the meats the night before so fingers crossed...Have a Great Christmas Kerry and thanks again for all your great videos, so easy to watch....Pamela x

Morning kerry wondered when you d get this I got one when it first was released sadly it came damaged was to big to send back so.i took it to the tip I tried to get in touch 5 times with cosori and they never got back to me put me off buying their products again but I love my dual blaze along with my ninjas really hope you like it thank you for all you videos and hard work wishing you and your family a lovely Christmas and New year 🎉❤

I bought one of those in September so I could try the rotisserie option for chicken. Turned out okay but a bit fiddly for my liking. Tried chips in the rotisserie basket which took longer than my Ninja af400 and haven’t touched it since. Now sat on top of my fridge freezer with the other gadgets I bought on a whim lol.

Oh no Ian, ah well it happens, there's always a space for unused gadgets😄 Really enjoying it so far, turkey was amazing - that's now all sliced up with gravy and in the freezer for xmas day. Never used a rotisserie before😄👍 hope you have a lovely Christmas Ian and Happy New Year! 🎅🎄💕

@@ianwoodhams6886 cheers Ian🎅🎅🎅I'll take it out xmas eve and let it defrost in the fridge, will reheat on roast setting 180c til it gets to temp, the gravy will stop it getting dry. Not buying another turkey😄. Saved all the brown meat for a turkey curry💪😀

@@budgetcookinguk Sounds great, I only bother with a turkey crown as neither me nor my daughter are a fan of dark meat. I normally cook it in the morning and then slap it in a dish with gravy covering it and warming it up nearer serving time. Still learning but still surviving, so I’m doing something right. 🤣

Hey Kerry love your videos :) so I was wondering since you managed to fit that lovely turkey in the cosori oven, I know it states you can fit a 8" pizza in but for example the fire and smoke thin crust pepperoni pizzas etc from Iceland that are just under 10" do you reckon at a push that would be possible? As 8" is quite a unusual size for most frozen ready boxed pizzas? Kind regards

Did you pop the turkey in a dish? Or just the base, has a drip tray. There are some wonderful air fryer cooking appliances available these days, and they do seem to cook so fast and The food is so tasty. I have several corsori items , but I don’t sadly have the oven . Hi Kerry that looked very nice, I don't have one of these but I'm guessing the way its supposed to work is when you put it on Roast it pre-heats the oven first which is why both times you set it at 60 mins for the first few minutes its going to be at full temp to get the oven hot quickly which is why it started burning the Turkey, that's why it then said add food after the pre-heat period ? Also get some oven gloves before you get burnt 😉And merry Christmas to you and your family 🎄

Yes I didnt realise it would do that, just shoved the turkey in, someone else here said press the start button twice and it overrides the preheat bit. Will definitely get some oven gloves in the january sales😄💕👍 wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas 🎅💕

Thanks Phil, so once it was fully cold i separated the legs, wings, setting aside the brown meat for a turkey curry (popped in freezer seperately) then sliced the crown layering in a dish til all done. Poured gravy (not thick and cold too) over sliced Turkey, covered and popped in freezer. Will put in fridge on early xmas eve to defrost then will roast on 180c til temp reached. The gravy will stop it getting dry. No way was I going to buy a 2nd turkey lol

tbh I was waiting for this to happen I mean Butlers Empire have got one and Graham and the lovely Wendy of Graham gets about but theirs is a different brand obviously ideal for baking, I'm thinking also useful for meals in dishes relatively shallow but moist (lasagne, sheperds pie etc)

Kerry what is your advice re turkey crown bought a fresh one yesterday says use by date 26 I am regretting it now as thought it would keep in the fridge but have read it is only meant to be kept 1-2 days ! Do you think it will be safe to eat what would you do ? TO late to freeze

I would cook it now and then freeze it and re-heat it on Christmas day, no way I would risk leaving it in the fridge for 5 days especially as you have no idea how long it's already been stored for and how it's been stored.

If it's in its sealed packaging it will be fine to cook on 25th as its within its use by date, if you've opened up the packaging I would cook it and slice up, let go cold covered with gravy and freeze til xmas eve (that's what I'm doing to the turkey on the vlog) it's our xmas Turkey, not going to buy another lol. Plan to reheat mine in its gravy, temp checking to 80c on reheated meat😀👍👍gravy will keep it from drying out

The bottom tray your using is not the drip tray the bottom silver tray is removable and that is your drip tray. I love my Corsori mini oven. Great for baking ❤ it's all about the learning. Also if you hold the minutes button it jumps in 10 my n intervals 😊

I agree, with huge special meals like a xmas dinner if cooking for 5 to 10+ people using the oven would make more sense in terms of sheer quantity of food, but generally the Turkey is cooked first and while it rests, everything else goes in, all I was doing was seeing if an Airfryer could cook a whole Turkey, and while it rested, I could have chucked in the roast potatoes etc if doing the big dinner esp if I had popped in my pre roasted potatoes etc, which won't need as long to cook. It all comes down to how many you're feeding. Hope you have a lovely Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and yours 🎉💕

Not everyone who watches has the same models that Kerry has. I have one similar to the new one but have enjoyed watching her cook in the other ones. You can use whatever air fryer you have to cook the things Kerry does, you do not need the exact same one as she uses.

You put the pre heat on and you let it run and add the food when it tells you, but really you don’t need a pre heat as it defeats the idea of saving money.
