1 oz. or 30 ml. lime juice
4 dashes of angostura bitters
Muddle
.5 oz. or 15 ml. simple syrup
Crack ice into glass
Top with seltzer
Stir
Garnish with lime peel
Ginger Blossom
Built in glass
Add some fresh ginger wedges to the bottom of the glass
.5 oz. or 15 ml. honey
Splash of seltzer
Muddle
Atomizer for absinth
Crack in some ice
Top with Chinotto
Squeeze of lime
Too good for a name

Grate some tonka bean
6 dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 oz. or 30 ml. Orgeat
Grate some fresh cinnamon
.5 oz. or 15 ml. lime juice
.5 oz. or 15 ml. simple syrup
Crack ice into glass
Top with seltzer

Garnish with cinnamon and sprig of mint
