There's a place called monkey world that I would go to. It's a sanctuary where they rescue from bad situations. They do some conservation work with endangered species as well. You sound like an animal lover like me. 😊❤

most zoos in the U.S. lack the resources to care for koalas properly. Koalas can swim, if there are no assisted ways for it to climb out they will eventually drown. During the day they doze, tucked into forks or nooks in the trees, sleeping for up to 18 hours. And The koala is a symbol of relaxation, so its sighting is a reminder that you need to take some time for yourself. Additionally, the koala can also represent loyalty, family, and friendship. If you see a koala in your life, it may be time to reconnect with those close to you.

I love koalas, I remember I made an artwork of them when Australia was on fire, the piece was called "metamorphosis" and it showed in few drawings a sleeping koala on a tree turn into a skull with flames around, it's an old artwork by now but I still like it a lot.

DUDE imagine a custom of a Tasmanian tiger, I remember talking about them in school and seeing old footage of them and how they got extinct it stayed with me, they're so unique and distinct that could be a cool idea :O

Another dangerous, venomous, animal Australia has is a fish called the Stone Fish. This fish looks exactly like a stone, and has barbs on the top of it's back/fin. So, you can't look for them to make sure you don't step on them. Their venom is quite deadly as well, and very painful. The more you know. 😇

If you want to make more fluffy customs, I would take a look at some of the ooak/doll customizing videos. They have lots of good advice about wefts, flocking, etc. One person I would highly recommend is dollightful!

Koalas are the only other animals other than primates that have fingerprints with each one unique to the individual koala, like us humans! Amazing custom! Love your work 💕🐨🎋

As a brazilian I can confirm mane wolves are pretty cool (we even have a picture of them on the R$200 banknote). In portuguese we call them "Lobo Guará", it would be really nice and interesting to see how you would translate a mane wolf in one of your customs 🌟

I have decided to right a poem for the wonderful koala… (half joke) Koala sits, Koala sleeps, Koala is too lazy to each, Sometimes the fall, to their demise, However the eucalyptus doesn’t mind. Koala sits, Koala sleeps, Koala never liked to read, Koala illiterate, Koala sad, Koala is very, very mad. Koala falls, Koala dies, Koala looks and revives. Into it’s plant, it lays to rest, Whilst becoming the ultimate pet. 😅

My koala experience: I went to Australia for the first time this summer to study abroad and it was my first time leaving the country. We went to a wildlife park and I was not prepared for the koalas. Like I knew they were cute, BUT HOLY CRAP their little bottoms were adorable! And the way they crawled around was so precious ❤ I will hold that memory dearly forever 🐨

Why are these all so cute omg. You manage to turn nightmarish kind of lps creatures into the cutest little things ever. Now for the giveaway! FUN FACT! As MotherStudios said, Koalas are NOT bears despite their general appearance and people calling them Koala Bears, they are indeed a type of Marsupial (Animals who birth underdeveloped babies and carry them in a pouch). However, because they are so different from other marsupials, they are classified into their own family called Phascolarctidae.

Hey I from Minnesota too! Also it's super sweet of you to take your mom's health into consideration, if your actually thinking of using acetone you could also just use nail polish remover since it's a weaker version of acetone.

I live in Australia and when i went down to my grandparents property they said that a koala was living in their gumtrees and that it comes out sometimes and unfortunately I didn’t get to see it but it was still fun sitting on their porch trying to find the koala.

This custom actually looks like it could be a G2 lps, this has to be my favorite in the series so far, it's amazing 🥺💞 I really like the fact that koalas are great mothers. They carry their babies everywhere and they even fight to the death to keep them safe unlike other marsupials who are more likely to sacrifice the baby 🐨

This turned out very cute! Also if you want to avoid using acetone, you could try doing a base coat of gesso or spray on primer. It'll cover the surface in a solid color and make it more paintable.

I had a school project where we had to pick the 'less cute' endangered animals and put them in the spotlight through digital design. I learned that Camels are the 8th most endangered species, with less than a 1000 in the wild. Tht so crazy to me! Also love your videos! LPS was a big part of my youth in the early 00's 💖💖

27:53 I think my favorite childhood memory is my dad and I swimming out far beyond the shore into the ocean. It was dangerous and stupid, but I was so fun being that far out, everyone back one the sand looking small and blurry, being so close to where the boats sailed

As someone also in NC, I have experienced both tornados and the outskirts of tropical storms, and both are extremely nerve wracking considering my fear of storms 💀💀 (Awesome job on the custom btw! The way you do the eyes is always chef’s kiss👌) Edit: The birdsong here is indeed very pretty, but I’ve noticed that I don’t hear mourning doves as often as I did when I was little.

22:22 omg that reminds me!! i live in Vermont right, and there's constantly black bears that hang out in my neighborhood. a couple houses on my street have fruit trees n stuff and the bears will just chill in those little fruit trees and it's so cute

while using faux fur, you can glue it the way you did or pre-weft it and pre-style it in baking paper, it makes it easier (at least to me) to have small wefts/tufts ready and just glue those in the way I want, and if there is too much glue showing, you can cut a bit of the fur veeery short into a bag (like small fur dust), put more glue on top of the showing glue and use that fur dust to flock that part. It'll become fluffy! Flocking dust is mostly made out of polyester fur, you can buy it ready to use or make it yourself. You can even make flocking dust using yarn, and that one doesn't looks like individual strands, but just clumpy fluff which looks great in my opinion. Just have in mind that if you want strandy flocking to stand upright and be fluffy and not just land flat, you need to use stactic force with an electrical device thingie.

I remember always watching animal documentaries and being obsessed it’s sad to see that most of the animals documented may not exist at some point, it’s great to see more talk around animal endangerment to prevent that, love the koala custom on a lighter note! One of my fav animals so cute

Fun fact: koalas have a cheek pouch that they used to store eucalyptus also koalas eat so much of eucalyptus that they smell like it leaves eucalyptus leaves are poisonous but koalas can eat them but they have to sleep the poison off that's why most the time when you see a koala they're usually sleeping: hope you like the fun fact😊

I absolutely love the koala custom!!!! One story I have with koalas, was I had this plush koala as a kid that I took everywhere and sadly I don’t have it to this day. I’m guessing it got lost in a move or a garage sale, but I still miss them to this day!❤

Oh I LOVE extinct animals!!! My favorite is the Thylacine, also known as the Tasmanian Tiger, it was a marsupial too! It was hunted to endangerment, but the last ones died in a zoo in the 1920s. I LOVE THEM, this topic was so fun to listen to!

She is GLORIOUS. The only thing i have to say about koalas is that they are my mothers favourite animal! And i made her a character once for her birthday …and i added a tail- this video just created some lore for my mums little koala- oh well! Living in Australia I have gotten the chance to see these guys multiple times in my life!!! Something many people don't realise is that they have super sharp claws that they use to climb trees so every time I have been to a zoo with them you are not able to hold them, instead you take a photo next to them!!

Koalas have smooth brains, a very “no thoughts, head empty” moment lol. Were it not for the fact that they eat poison, they would definitely be extinct by now, but i love them for it. They have such little guy energy.

Videos like these make me wanna drag out my paints and start painting! ❤😊. I'm in Kentucky and I saw my 1st bear on my way to work last year. It just walked across the road about 30 yards in front of me. It was a black bear and only a mile from my house. There are a lot of mountains and caves around here.

the fur was such a nice touch! in the future you could try looking into chunkers/ thinning shears to make any scissor cuts look more natural.

Koalas are my mom's favourite animal and I remember drawing koalas from very early age qhsh to this day I still doodle koalas randomly because they're adorable and very unique animals. Hello! Did you know that koalas acually eat Eucalyptus leaves ,that are usually poisonous to most creatures but their digestive system is able to tolerate the toxicity! Also like many other creatures now, there numbers are declining more and more due to many things… the majority cause by us. So i really appreciate the fundraiser youve made! :D also i looove the deatailing on Ms.Splashy! To see where youve gone from 2020 to now is honestly incredible :)

Koalas are my favorite animal and my spirit animal! I love how they mainly sleep all day and are cute little fuzz balls. I relate to that a lot :-)

I love this custom so much! I love the peacful setting your videos set while still being chaotic😅 The discussion about the endangered species was a great reminder that we should cherish nature's beauty🐯🌺 I really wish I could donate to the organization, but I have no money🥲 I think that koalas are so cute and weird at the same time! Minnesota baby! Less go! Also if lived here in last 10 years our tempatures and blizzards have been pretty dangerous for those who don't know basics of stay inside

I've never seen a koala but I heard they're really agressive, Ms Splashy seems like nicest koala tho!

Fun fact! The Carolina parakeet is near the top of the de-extinction list, and they may come back within our lifetimes!

I am loving this series sm and koalas are the cutest creatures and I found a fact about them that apparently they are more similar to kangaroos than bears 💛

On the hair front, made a fully furred bandicoot faux taxidermy years back. I used latex for some reason (terrible idea, it decays badly) but you want to paint a bit of glue on the surface, take a small tuft, then gently paint the base of the tuft down on to the glue. Keep going in layers of small tufts, similarly to how you've painted on the fur, but with the tufts (does that make sense?) leaving time to dry in between so you don't end up with a soggy clump (not that you did, just as a precaution particularly covering larger areas). Time consuming, but a nice effect.

Koalas have smoooooth brains. Wich means they are hillariously stupid sometimes. They cant even comprehend the concept of rain. While other mamals hide from the rain, koalas just sit and stare into the abyss, confused about why theyre wet. At least thats what I saw in an insta reel ahhahaha Love your customs, as a doll customiser, your videos are very inspiring and refreshing!
