@@chelsea2084 in my my player I’m at PSG and mbappe played 12 Games with 6 goals at ST and I scored 45 goals and 15 assists won everything Mbappe still won the Ballon’dor

So the lesson learned here is that dynamic potential isn't totally broken in FIFA 23, but has some issues. Honestly I don't mind that it doesn't skyrocket potentials every year because it was a bit too overpowered in previous editions.

Yes but also technically no. Potential grows well in season 1 or well when you first sign a player. It always goes downhill from there. With his ability to also move clubs with the one player, means he'll always be stuck on the season 1/2 potential. If he had stayed at shamrock, no matter the results or performances, by season 11 I doubt he'd be In the 90s.

@@Heyitsmeagain. Good points. I suspected that the moving of clubs helped this out. I am yet to get past the first season in any of my saves yet because I keep hopping around and trying different teams and leagues...I have tendency to do that. Will be interested to see how things go once I get into a 2nd season.

It’s so broken istg... And it’s so annoying... I always end up rage quitting my career mode because I sim forward for the next season after I force the youth players into the starting XI and making sure they play well every game and their contracts are all up to date... Always ends up going from “has potential to be special (91+) to “showing great potential (>85)” it’s so bs! I’ve just given up at this point

The way dynamic potential works is that if a player plays well, their potential can increase. EA did this so that high potential players and regens aren’t the only ones who can reach high ratings.

If u take a 46 overall player,even if is young,he’s not a wonderkid,he’s just a young player. Wonderkids are only player could be better in the world,not ever young player.
