Thanks for all you do. New subscriber here. I have a concern: My K1 visa Notice of action I-797 will expire on September 15 2024. Our case is already submitted to the embassy but have yet to schedule an interview. Im worried if we still can't book an interview by then past the expiry. Can you please clarify the implications of this I-797 Notice of Action (Approval Notice) Thanks Have a great day.

Hi, May I ask a question here: Is a 10 year (permanent) green car holder obliged to notify USCIS about changing the address in USA? Can a green card holder loose the green card in he didn’t know about this rule? Thank you!

Yes, 10 year green card holders must notify USCIS within 10 days of moving. Unlikely to lose green card for not knowing, but risks missing important notices.
