The Kenyans mostly boil the cassava and eat it like yam. Please do a comparison between the school system in Kenya and Nigeria. Kenyan children have been on holidays since October, while schools in Nigeria are yet to vacate for the Xmas holidays. Also, do a comparison in weather and season between the two countries. The weather in Kenya is temperamental, cos it changes frequently, from sunshine to rain and back to sunshine. They are having rains when it's dry season in Nigeria and West Africa
@jnn171514 күн бұрын
Weather in Kenya varies from region to region. The coastal areas are tropical, with particularly high humidity in April and May, but tempered by monsoon winds. The lowlands are hot but mainly dry, while the highlands are more temperate. Nairobi has a very pleasant climate throughout the year due to its altitude.

@princesssarahbee6 ай бұрын
😅😅😅you're funny.I think you guys also eat wheat.
@doro79216 ай бұрын
Wheat makes flour that will be used in chapati, mandazi and spaghetti but we rarely use it in it's raw form. Wheat flour is mostly used on special occasions (in many homes. The poor can't afford wheat flour as a 2 kg packet goes for Kes 200 yet they will need cooking oil and other ingredients to make a delicious meal) So we stick to maize and maize flour. It's our stable meal. Grinding wheat to wheat flour is oftenly done in factories and rarely by individuals. Most Kenyans if not all buy ready made wheat flour.

Wow, Princess Sarahbee did i hear you say this is your first time? You have done excellently well. The reason the cassava stayed up to 7days i believe is because it did not ferment well. 3 to 4 days is quite ok. From the shaft you got, it is evident that its the type that does not ferment well. Its possible,they might have another specie that will ferment better. I hope you will show us the prepared fufu,when you are through. Kudos!
