I just had my charges dropped after a year of fighting to prove my innocents while having NO legal representation because it was being refused. I'm on disability with no money and I was facing 2-5 years in jail because of 2 LIARS. If it wasn't for my security cameras I would have been convicted because NOONE was listening to what really happened and they refused to watch the security footage for 10 months. I told them last month "if you want to arrest me over these bs lies then go ahead, I am not coming back for a 40th time when I know I'm innocent, I know I'm being railroaded and played with and this has destroyed my life and sanity.. all charges were finally dropped yesterday after almost a year of an undeserved emotional rollercoaster. they were also refusing to let me speak at all. All I could say for 10 months, was my name. Until I lost my sh!t last month and refused to shut up. Every right I thought we had was violated and ignored. This past year I learned you only have rights if you can afford a lawyer. And a good one at that.

Husband and I first court appearance coming soon. First time arrest for me his wife and he didn’t file charges he wrote a statement and went to the DAs office. We paid my bond 2 hours later 5k gone from our life savings. I have my criminal justice degree and I have always been a good citizen.our fight was blown out of proportion by me due to emotional negligence. I have post partum depression and our fight was mainly about me being depressed. Me and my husband are fine and our Days have been better.
