Absolutely LOVING this content with Sammy. I'm a 28 year old mum from the UK who's finally taking the plunge to try hockey for the first time. We don't have loan kit at my local rink, so currently pulling together as much second hand stuff as I can before I'm allowed to sign up. I'm nervous, but excited and wish it were easier to start at this age. But here for the ride!

Good vibes from this video man. My wife would NEVER play hockey (but she's busy with dance, and ice skates with me from time to time). One comment - you need to get her a second stick! She only pulled one out of the car and I cringed a bit.
