i think, billy laser beam, has inf dmg, thats why he can one shot saitama. billy laser beam, cannont kill seraphin because the seraphin doesnt evne have a hp or doesnt have a hitbox.

try using agod with inf strenght

I noticed that numbers don't apply to Saitama. No matter how high your damage is, even if it's like one Googolplex, you won't kill him. And no matter how much HP you have, he will always one shot you. That is because he has god mode enabled. He is literally immune to all damage. And his punch is an instant kill that ignores HP. It's like typing "kill" in console in Skyrim on a non-essential NPC. His punch doesn't have an actual damage value. It's a literal kill switch. So if you were wondering why Saitama's normal punch does not have a damage indicator, that's because it doesn't do damage. It just kills. But his one kill hit overrides his god mode, because every time I put one Saitama against another, it was always a 50/50. They killed each other with one punch. It only depends on who lands the first hit. I gave my Sun Wukong custom unit the normal punch. He would win whenever he landed the first hit. So the only way to beat Saitama is to hit him with anything that ignores HP and just makes the opponent drop dead.
