Surely the M4A1-S and shooting HS would be a way better option if you have infinite ammo. Sound is your friend in that situation and keeping calm, not stressmolly everything including yourself. In the first part of the video infinite utility helps the Ts way more than the Solo. In the base game it's literally how you confine areas and make damage without seeing the enemy. Also, there are two spots where you can pick up hostages on Italy.
