Just give him 90 status reduction/ nullify status effects, and ignore enemy on flag after he dodged for 15 secs, and resist stagger and being down while capture, and he's top meta again

@@giornogiovanna1433it’s just to make old units useable. By the time that buff comes out plenty of of BF units will have status reduction and resist stagger and being downed. I belive oden Roger and Rayleigh are due for their buffs within the next year.

@@tokenman12 That's literally EX traits. Giving a 3 year old BF EX trait is not how Bandai does things. How y'all been playing the game to not know that? Also, no matter what buffs you give to Prime Ray, his best asset is his Perfect Dodges and heals on knock backs and most of the top meta units heal when they get knocked back or can't be knocked back when they are still on a specific percentage of their HP or simply by guarding the flag. I can see Oden having that ignore enemy trait tbh but Prime Ray? Nah. But if Bandai somehow gave him a trait like that, it will happen maybe in the 7th Anniversary🤣 2nd Anniversary units and EXs will receive those buffs first before 2.5 Anniversary units

There is 2 kinds of games with him 1. The masterclass ones, where you do only perfect dodge, capture etc... 2. BAJRANG GUUUUUUN ones

He's still a good unit, you just need to be skilled and know when to act as he's not as resistant as he used to be...

If a new shanks comes out, I hope he plays like an ex Rayleigh. Either way there’s only a runner and an attacker left. Either they drop egghead characters early, or they drop shanks/blackbeard. I don’t really know what kinda theme they are trying to specify with s-snake other than post wano or egghead. I just hope it’s not a WG themed ani. I don’t want them guys.

Why don't you try Dark element Rayleigh, I'm using him in this meta over Prime Rayleigh. He can counter seraphim's skill 2 entrance with his shield. I'm literally countering seraphim from Dark element Rayleigh, he can also counter Oden v2, Ex Wb, G5 and even shanks as he can ignore "nullify knockdown trait" in the treasure, Roger is the only problem for him otherwise he's really good😊. It just requires good positioning.

Dark ray is kinda useless tho. No knockback or status on m1s and skills. Kinda useless as a defender.

@@MANOFCULTURE106 true but if you have good internet connection and good dodging skills, then you have infinite knockbacks. 😅 See I agree all Rayleigh's are lacking damage they all need buff, but still dark Rayleigh is performing better than prime, since he's a defender.

Once he got immobilized, he's done. Too squishy and fragile specially that perfect dodge got lots of glitch

Tho we can still play him. The current top meta units do have excessive healing traits like heals when knocked back so his dodges wouldn't be so flawless as before
