Sciatica can cause calf pain but it can be tricky. It is not uncommon to see it cause calf pain ONLY or it can cause glute AND calf pain. Sciatica can also ONLY cause foot pain as well! It's worth knowing this because It can help direct treatment and figure out if we need to start working on your back vs. on your nerves.
