When you use something and spend a LOT of time with it, you kind of start to recognize even the minute things that can set it apart. And knowing smudge he has probably spent DAYS with each bat. I'm a speedcuber and I probably have around 30 cubes. I can definitely recognize which one is which when I'm turning them even with my eyes closed because they all have slightly different turning and "feel".

Just can’t fathom that he has turned out to be one of the great modern day batsman after starting out as a leg spinner batting at no.8, especially with a pretty unorthodox technique for a top order batsman. Can’t wait for his 100th test match; hopefully another commanding Aussie victory❤️❤️❤️🏏🏏🏏🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

@@leeroyc4148 definitely....but it's hard to found a batter as good as he....In tests he almost scores 60+ runs in each innings....Every batter has a weak point but I Steve has none

It's things like this that really put into perspective how good this man is at cricket. As an Englishman, it's hard to think of anyone (edit: anyone for England) who'd be able to say they can do the same with their bats as Smith so effortlessly did.
