I like the down but not out for the purge. I have had thralls chase down big groups of enemies and swarmed. Sometimes I loose sight of them due to the chaos of high level purges and in thickly wooded areas. I do wish that thralls actively participating in a purge could gain some level points at end of successful purge, even if only at a percentage of normal rate.

I just like the enthusiasm Wak has now. I have it, too.. Took them long enough to get right. Now, the Neebs' boys won't have an excuse to kill off their thralls.. but something tells me, they'll find a way to kill them anyways, lol.

i just hope the bugs on console get fixed. for as large as a download Conan is unless i see a dedicated patch note for xbox/ps4-5 and the like it takes too much HD space to find out nope still can't start a game without CTD. and i am not sure about anyone else i have not seen Conan's bar since AOS at least for ps4

I got the sundered manicles schematic. Used it in my inventory. Didn't learn anything. Can't find them to craft in any station and they don't appear in my any knowledge tabs. Am i missing something or have i just been dicked?

Since the sacred hunt i've been having an issue. I'm on xbox one, my game updates but things don't change. Never saw the random werewolf attacks and the traders wouldn't spawn. Now the caravans won't spawn. I do have the down not out feature, don't have fatalities though. What is happening? Funcom won't get back to me.

Is this stuff like the battle pass items pay to rent ? Or as the items owned like dlc ? When funcom closes Conan servers all that stuff will be unlocked but not available to build or place or wear

The possibility of “forever” thralls would be much appreciated. In a single player game they’re not just expendable resources, they’re friends and companions.

it would be cool if the recipies you learn from this stuff would be remembered knowlage so you wouldnt have to unlock it on multiple servers

Finaly we have something interesting in that update, the down state of followers is great as we often fall in love with them!!! 😁 And the sorcerers events were what i liked to do during age of sorcery, that was something fun to do. The battle pass was mostly a pain in the ass, but it was also a way to get some features for free, now i guess we will be forced to go to the bazaar. Well Funcom has probably noticed that most people just bought the new battlepass with the money they got during the previous battlepass and did not buy anything else. So now the bazaar will be the only place to find what we got during the battlepass, well now we will be forced to pay, i never bought anything in the bazaar and i will never do it for sure.

They need to bring the Arnold swaznagger conan sword available to all through a quest it was only available to certain players before but games been out long enough now for them to release it to everyone

The game must be dying in terms of revenue. The removal of a battle pass and the content cadence goes from three months to six isn’t a good sign. That sounds like moving towards maintenance mode.

This down but not out interaction happened to my horse the other day when it got cornered by some dafari near a wall, it's really nice but I cant help but worry that this is going to be abused in someway, really hoping it dosnt make funcom chose to disable it in the future.

No more Battle Pass Hell ya

The one thing that keeps me from playing this anymore is the tethering, i really wish they would update that feature on the engine for PC, enable the teathering in local hosting to go away like every other coop game that exists. I myself do not want to play on a public or own a server but i prefer my own settings, as do my freinds. But the local coop with tethering makes the game unplayable. Thus far this game is amazing even at its age. But the teathering feature in local coop really keeps me from playing this with my friends.

I wonder if they ever fixed pet damage or anything the tiger pet still does 6 ppoints of damage at this current time, on console anyway.

I lost all of my unnamed Hunter of jhebbal sag after updated !!!!!! Just that one I named is still alive, hvnt shown wt killed them on the clan log, just said died and all of them died at the same time!!!!! Thought the devs used the code to remove all werewolves but killed those owned by players also

feels like this is there way of saying "we are done with this game, moving on with Dune, Farewell and good luck exiles." ... Im not sure how I feel about this really, I'd be ok with it if they just removed the Bazar also, and put out one last DLC with all the Bazar item in it. for lie $15 maybe

I belive this is a very good overall update. Funcom seems to take conan seriously for once

The removal of the battle pass can mean only one thing, we will have to purchase the new Ages almost like expanded content or DLC's. Two years (if an Age have 4 chapters) is enough time to develop payable content. This is my assumption and is not factual but it makes sense to me. They are a business after all and people were cheesing the battle pass anyway.

No updates every 3 months , instead every 6 months, sorry but this just sounds like bugs (especially on consoles) will take twice as long to be fixed and that the Devs aren’t going spend as much time on content. But I bet the Bazaar is not going to be neglected like the game.

I want to know why they stopped updating the dev kit. Its been several patches with no dev kit update. They keep patching the game and sooner or later mods will stop working.

All of these updates to Conan Exiles is going to make the game to big for any hard drive space.

This last battle pass is the last one i got, I play thos on PS and PC, so I was buying 2...it isn't worth it anymore, to me. I used to play this game A LOT, I still jump on, mainly to play the mods I've installed, I don't do online, too many cheaters...single player only.

They're not adding battle pass because they can profit more from selling the BP items on the bazaar.

Thank god for the thrall patch. I just lost my captain ishuaba or however you spell his name the other day fighting the cimmerians at the burial mounds. I was so sad and was not ready for that. Just ran in blind lol.

The battle pass had a lot of good stuff in it. And it helped gave me a goal to reach throughout the game. So to take out my frustration, I'm just going to log onto Conan and decapitate some sorcerers😂

They could have, you know, enabled anti-cheatfor Linux users so that way they could play. I stopped playing ages ago because I couldn't play on efficient servers. Because of that, they ousted more than 2 million potential players easily.

Legendary weapons? No they are not Legendary because they ultimately fade away! Legendary thing are famous enough to survive through Time.....That is what makes it Legendary. They need to change it back to the way it was before.

They got money from the cancer pass. I do NOT belive them that it will go & stay away. Soulless greed doesn't care about player feelings or desires.

Sure sounds like they should have just left the game with DLC packs instead of driving away people with the battle pass and bazaar.

The followers not perma-dying is awesome, but them removing the battlepass is a terrible decision. I paid only for the first one and unlocked every single thing from every single battlepass since so easily, and without paying a cent because each battlepass gave enough crom coin for the next pass. It had become the best value for your money they ever had, even better than the DLC's. Now all that's left is that stupid ridiculously overpriced bazaar. I been playing this game on and off since closed beta but they just lost me with this update.

Very glad they're finally ditching the abomination that is the Battlepass. Hope all other companies out there have also realized its a waste of time and effort to produce them, and how insulting they are towards their player-bases. Daily&weekly incentivized content in a sandbox game CAN BE A GOOD THING, for the record. It can give you direction in things to do, while providing neat, worthwhile rewards to improve your experience. But locking it behind a paywall that instead reads as, "Pay for the right to be able to earn these rewards, after you've wasting enough time grinding" is a massive slap to the face.

Six months back, they changed the BP season to 4 chapters because they couldnt finish the Age in time.. Now theyre scrapping it? This seems like there is really deeper issues at FC than before. I wish they would just be honest FOR ONCE. Ive played FC games since Age of Conan Beta, nearly 20 years ago, and they have always kept their cards close to their chest and always had a very bad updating regiment. Conan Exiles use to be my favorite game that I would always come back to the most but now I think its SO outdated Im not sure if I can dedicate any more of my time or money to supporting it. I'm actually surprised FC havent changed the name to Conan Exiles Legends or Unchained like they do to all of their scrapped projects. I would have liked to se what the new Amazonian faction in the Dev Kit was all about..
