I also got dragon slayer achievement, but without ever playing dragon's lair goblin map. One time there was this challenge where there was a giant dragon in the cc. With Sumit's tutorial I 3 starred that challenge and got the dragon slayer achievement.

1. On a challenge, there was a giant dragon by defeating it 2. There was once option of selling buildings in og coc 4. By simply buying offers and magic item he did it like judo sloth 5. Same as no. 2 6. He started th upgrade as tutorial, but instantaneously canceled it Same as no. 4 and no. 6 combined

there used to be an event attacking the base and the contents of the clan castle are golden dragons, although I haven't reached the dragon nest yet but I got the achievement on my profile

for th14 guy with everythign level 1: May be he had gold pass and he did enough loots to secure 2.5cr loot at each gp season , it's the only thing that can overflow the storage. for lev 1 th guy with no cannon, may be he just created new account and closed the game and never opened it, that means you never put that cannon.

To complete Mega Dragon slayer challange? Simple last year there was 1 event where Supercell gave us limited troops to take down th14 with quite complex base lol

Rushed base that has definitely used a credit card for resources because there is no limit for purchased resources. 5. It is another engineered base. 6. Hacks 7. You could purchase a pack for the clan castle at TH1. It could bypass the tutorial if I remember correctly.
