There’s air in your water flow you have to remove the aerator from your faucet

it’s because you have much power on the water.

The water has to be like clear then it will work so that’s why it’s fails

You have air bubbles in your water flow, so likely why it fails

Has to do with the follow in your water source. So bubbly and that will happen. Turn it down till it runs clear and not white (bubbles), then it will work. Look at the first ones flow.

Dude the water was in laminar flow.. That's why.. Not turbulent like in second one. Laminar water has a clear stream and takes shape immediately due to zero internal resistance or commonly called disturbance
