Meeting Norman back in July and offering to help tidy is front garden, little did I know we would visiting him every week for the rest of the year and transforming his property. From Rotten windows! Leaky guttering! Rendering cracking everywhere! We had one goal get Norman water tight for winter and we done it.. thanks to our KZfaq community.. I hope you feel proud to of been apart of this!

Rewatching the whole playlist back to back really lets you truly see the change in Norman's demeanor as time goes on. He was very reserved at first, but gradually he started showing his energetic and goofier side. I can tell they truly made his mental health a lot better. I hope they still will swing by for a visit and some tea from time to time.

It was Amazing to see what the Renderors found when the bricks were exposed and the lack of modern codes revealed around windows. It’s a wonder the house was still standing. It was a revelation watching the process of the re rendering. Your videoing was amazing showing their work. Also would like to see the faces on Arthur and his brother when Spider-Man sprayed their Dad with silly spray. Also to find out it was Granddad!!!

Absolutely. Very professional, talented, and knowledgeable trades people. Even stuff like getting the green (moss?) off the windowsills and such. Astounding Ben. What you, your dad and the community have achieved is incredible, and will change Norman’s life dramatically. I've loved this from the start. I don't know any back story on Norman, don't need too. He's a human that, through circumstances was in poor shape. You came along and made just one person better off in life. Money cannot replace that! I'm in the states and I'm not afraid to say that I shed many tears watching these video's. What a journey it has been for all of us to witness the transformation not only of the house, but Norman himself gaining his confidence back. The restoration of his dignity by your love and generosity was life changing. The house looks magnificent and kudos to all the workers selflessly giving of their time. It would be great if an interior decorator would clean out the inside of his house. I do hope that you pop in and visit Norman regularly. You are part of each other's family now!

It has been such great fun, watching this project from beginning to end, and it really warms my heart to know that Nelson will have a warm and beautiful home to spend the rest of his days in! When you first started this journey he was slow moving and hunched over and sounded like Ozzie Osborn. He is now standing tall and his speech is clear and peppy. Ben, if I’m not mistaken, it’s you who has been blessed even more than Norman. Doing for others so unselfishly, delights and grows your soul. How delightful and deep you are! You’ve also managed to knit your family together by loving on a former stranger. Wonderful, just amazingly wonderful!!!

In a day and age where we rarely speak to others in our community, it is so nice to see someone go above and beyond to help out someone who could not do these things himself. Huge respect for Ben and his father for the love and care to reach out and give SO MUCH of their time and resources, and to all who donated and all the other trade workers. PRAYERS for Norman that as the days and weeks go by he will still find his mental health improve as he enjoys the beauty and warmth of his refurbished home. Lovely to see such a difference you made in Norman's life. Thank you to first off, him, to let you help and bring us along to observe...not easy to do and yet he chose to have faith. The help you gathered to get such a big lot of jobs done is amazing. Truly a wonderful thing to see and you make me want to be a better person too. I think you've found your calling, Ben. What you, Ben, and your father have done for this man is nothing short of a miracle! Thank you to everyone who donated to support this undertaking. A big thank you to every worker and friend who donated labor to this as well. I am a senior as well and security in your home is the most important thing next to health. And buffing out Norman's car after his mishap was precious. Let him know many of us younger than him do this to their cars. To think this started because the neighbors were concerned and trying to help. And you all literally transformed his situation. Hugs to all of you! ❤❤
