Đồng ý, mỗi người 1 chuyên môn. Mac thì chuyên về mọi người ăn gì, còn Cris thì chuyên về mọi người làm gì, ghép lại thành 1 bức tranh toàn cảnh. Mọi người có thể hiểu sâu hơn về cuộc sống, con người tại nơi 2 người đi qua.

Christ is not a bad guy, but he is sometimes full of political BS. His view is being distorted by his political views. That makes me very uncomfortable watching his video, as I could find myself being disgusted by what he said.

Max, Chris That’s southern hospitality, no need to give her order, she’ll bring out her best eats, the experience, is what folks looking for. This is how Vietnam is like. Basically he doesn’t need a spaghetti machine, He did the noodle by hand which is cooked and served immediately. You can’t get anything fresher than it. Good choice Max and Chris.

I just love how she gave you a title "con". If you don't really know, the word con usually reserve for family like a son or a grandson. And because she calls you "con" means she being polite and also treat you guys well.

All the foods in this video were basically what I ate for breakfast when I was a kid. I remember my relatives from my mom's side used to take me out for dim sum. The part where you showed the noodles pull restaurant. That was my old neighborhood. I can't believe how much it had changed and I can barely recognize it. Thank you, Frank, for showing that footage. It's very heart-touching for me.

I used to come to the Chinatown in Sài Gòn and have some canh chua cá lóc around here, it's pretty good though, and people are really friendly and easy going as you see, too. What a nice place, tbw

Fun fact: the Chinese chives is actually good for men according to traditional medicine. There is even a saying for that "Men cannot go without Chinese chives, women cannot go without Lotus root". I kind of want you to explore district 10 a bit. There is a big famous pagoda in the center (it is an image of a whole district, and it's always packed in the afternoon especially weekend and on certain days of Buddhist holiday monthly such as the New Moon and Full Moon day), and it is next to the theatre. I would really love to see you capture it from above. District 10 has its own section of street food as well.

The process of making the ramen noodle looks facinating, like some sort of acrobatic performance. Both of you ate such different varieties of dimsum, the combination of loh mai gai with fried egg look interesting and yummy. 👍👍👍

I've been to Ha Ton Quyen and Chinatown most of the time for "sui cao" and dimsum too, but I guess next stops must be the places you introduced, look so good. And I love the boss lady too, guess this is the "next day" after you and Chris visited her. So cute!!!! She must have prepared the sticky rice only to treat you guys. :D
