Zac thank you ❤ I have been up having a bad mental health wave of being manic the past few days & not sleeping more than 3 hours a night. Thursday I cried because I was so tired. I came back to this last night, put under my pillow like I was wearing sleep headphones, and I FINALLY SLEPT 🫶🏼 for about 5-6 hours but I finally got some peace. Dear Zac, this is just amazing. For the last month or so, they have been doing heavy road work outside my bldg, at nite, concluding around 430 am. Now we have the water company starting at 1am, not as bad as the first, but still intrusive. Last nite was the first time in weeks I got a good nite's sleep. My cat loves it too!! Thank you again. Goodnight P.S If you can’t sleep because of your body/physical-this type of music helps- I slowly relax my muscles, starting with the tips of my toes and upward. If it’s more in the mind-I like to distract myself by listening to one of sleep tubes songs with a distinctive pattern in the background….I used to think it was annoying and than I’d fall asleep because I was so focused on the background sound to overthink about anything else. This one sounds good for tonight - Ok NOW I’m going to bed…I swear! Haha 😂 Seriously tho I legit have to be up in 4 hours but 3 and 1/2 is better than none I suppose . G’Night.

So incredibly stressed these days. My mom recently got hurt at work which has put a struggle on us keeping up with the bills to the point we have started selling some of our stuff. My anxiety medication I have to take for sleep is starting to stop working, so beyond grateful to you for these videos. They help us both sleep, and even put my daughter to sleep.

This channel is the most important saving account in my life. Every night I meditate and fall asleep to this, with a purring cat on my tummy. Each night calm and happy like this creates a trigger. When my ptsd forcefeed me brainpain I listen to this channel. In just a minute tachycardia, trembles, confusion, sweaty hands .. It's ok again. I can get by on ok.

I love this stuff, it seriously is the only thing that helps me sleep. I don't know if you take ideas, but if you do I think a video with frog sounds in the background would be awesome! The tiny chirps of hundreds of frogs in a lake puts me to sleep for some reason, so with the deep droning music you have in your videos I would be out like a light XD

That always gets me too, otherwise it’s perfect!!! I’m trying it anyway, maybe I won’t notice it since it’s pretty subtle? I love Zac’s music so much, there’s no way I can sleep without it! But anything with birds, or high pitches, or bells and even crickets I tend to not repeat. I have many favorites I use frequently though, and I always try out new ones!
