2009年10月生まれ。2歳からおもちゃ代わりにドラムを始め、4歳からライブ活動を始める。
5歳で『かねあいよよか』を結成し幼稚園在籍中の6歳で1stCDを発売。
作詞作曲、ボーカル、ピアノも担当。ライブやイベントなどこれまでに150本以上のステージを経験。
2018年6月、世界的な女性ドラマーのコンテスト『Hit Like A Girl 2018』の18歳以下の部にて、最年少の8歳でウイークリーチャンピオンとなる。
Led Zeppelinの『Good Times Bad Times』をカヴァー演奏した応募動画が、アメリカの NBC、NPR、ローリングストーン誌やビルボードで特集され、世界中に拡散。
Red Hot Chili Peppersのチャド・スミス、シェリル・クロウ、KISSのエリック・シンガー、Sonic Youthのキム・ゴードン、Paramoreのヘイリー、サス・ジョーダン、トニーロイスターJrなどから称賛される。

2018年8月『RISING SUN ROCK FESTIVAL 2018 in EZO』に史上最年少出演。オリジナル曲のほか、Char、奥田民生、KenKen、聡一郎（CROSS ROAD）をゲストに迎え、Led Zeppelinの『Good Times Bad Times』を演奏。
2018年9月、さいたまスーパーアリーナで開催された『第27回東京ガールズコレクション2018 AUTUMN/WINTER8』でドラム演奏を披露。3万人の観客を沸かせた。
タイで撮影された世界的スポーツブランド"Nike"のワールドワイドCMに抜擢。セリーナ・ウィリアムズらとの共演。動画再生1500万回。
2018年10月、札幌の道新ホールにてアマチュアとして異例の700名チケットソールドアウト。
2018年10月21日、東京ビックサイトで開催された"ベースの日×ドラムの日楽器フェア50周年スペシャル"に出演。ベーシストの亀田誠治やドラマーのピエール中野、KOUHEI（4 Limited Szabys）と共演。
同11月29日、札幌のhitaruにてNHK「いまこそ、ひとつに、北海道ライブ」にアマチュアで唯一出演。細川たかし、大黒摩季、AKB48、Littele Glee Monster、SHISHAMO、大泉洋と共演。
大黒摩季のステージでは「ららら」のドラムで参加。
2019年1月、“The Ellen DeGeneres Show”に出演。また、老舗ライブハウス「Whisky A Go Go」にて海外初ライブを大盛況で終える。
2019年4月、Newsweek日本版「世界が尊敬する日本人100人」に史上最年少で選出。
2019年5月、The Ellen DeGeneres Showに2回目の出演。Foo Fightersのデイヴ・グロールからもビデオコメントで賞賛される。
2019年6月、亀田誠治主催の「日比谷音楽祭」に出演。ゴダイゴ、JUJU、KREVA、Reiらと共演。

That's what some folks never understand. There's playing it and there's feeling it. She has great feel. She's neither sloppy nor metronomic. She swings, and that's something that usually comes much later on any instrument. Particularly a song like this. It would be SO easy to start rushing it.

この曲の他のカバーとの違いは決定的！シンプルな曲調なので他の人のカバーは最後まで聞く前にうんざりします。ところがyoyokaちゃんのドラムは単調にならないアレンジが素晴らしいので、もっと続けて聞きたいと思わせます。もちろんバスドラムが効果的です。そしてスタートでカッコよくサプライズ、エンディングはビシッと決めて爽快感！　プラス、可愛らしさ！カッコよさ！いうことありません！最高！

Well for one, the music that's as mainstream as the Kardashian's involves nowhere near the amount of skill as that which you witness in this song. It's like basketball vs hockey. Hip hop vs classical/rock/metal (anything that requires years of mastery on an instrument). The former of each of the above requires much less skill and investment, but is far more profitable than the latter. The average person prefers the simple.

She uses heavy sticks with wraps on them for a better grip. She grips them at the very end of the stick for max power. And she's punishing her snare drum with full swings of her arm. I like her high energy. I have a similar approach to classical guitar. I had to switch to steel strings because my fingernails were hopeless, and eventually started stringing my guitar with heavy steel strings. I know I play too hard, but it feels good and it's fun. Hard on the finger tips.

Let’s get this out of the way first, this is very impressive drumming for a 10 year old. However, the technical ability is a distant second to the more important attitude. She has an obvious joy for playing and that more than anything else will make her grow by leaps and bounds. Never lose it.

I played in many bands when I was in High School and we never had a drummer even half this good, she keeps time very well, meanwhile a simple three chord song and our drummer couldn’t keep time if he had a metronome up his... he was more interested in high end mountain bikes, mid song he’d stop and would point to someone riding down the street “ooooh that’s a Klein!”.... I’d give anything to have a drummer like this back then.
