In this video I am comparing my Chanel Wallet On Chain (WOC) and my Mulberry Bayswater Clutch. Can they even be compared given the huge price difference? Well yes, I believe they can! Here are the similarities and the differences between these two gorgeous bags (or SLGs as they are 'officially' referred to.

I have watched this video at least 5 times, it is so helpful! I already have a Chanel black classic flap in the medium size, and just wasn’t sure the Chanel woc would work for me. I really did not want to invest without knowing. Instead, and at your recommendation I purchased a black Mulberry Bayswater clutch! I have yet to put it to the test, but love it.

Hi Claire, Thank you for the video. I had a dilemma between the Chanel woc caviar and the the celine triomphe teen. I will go for the Chanel woc and get it this Christmas as a gift for myself.

There is something very special and understated about the Mulberry clutch. Chanel WOC, although very beautiful because, hey, it's Chanel, but is a bit overdone. Ill go with the Mulberry!

I love my Woc and use it a lot, but the Mulberry Bayswater clutch is definitely my everyday go to errand bag! I love it!! Glad you agree ☺️💕

I love that the chanel love letter pocket goes all the way to the bottom of the woc, so passports, or important papers can slip right in, and out of the way.

Yes it is so functional for a mini bag/SLG item. I did find it particularly useful when travelling 😊

Great review! It is crazy how much the Chanel WOC costs now and nice to see alternatives for those who don't want to pay the price for a Chanel WOC. I know Mulberry also makes the small Darley in quilted calfskin silver hardware that gives the same vibe as the Chanel WOC with a zip exterior back pocket and the inside looks similar to the Chanel WOC but I think it is only offered in black. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks! Yep the Darley is very similar - but you are right - I think they only do the quilted one in black which is a shame 😊
