Psalm 4 and Psalm 51. "Be still and know that I am Hashem." The sacrifices of Hashem are "a broken spirit and a broken and a contrite heart." The true Way to Hashem is through the heart- in order to be born you all need to die to self first so that Hashem can dwell in your heart. The result of a true repentant heart will be seen thru the works done outwardly. Inward => Outward It is the inward parts that must be cleansed of impurities.True PEACE will only come from the inner peace of the heart which is the result of being connected with Hashem! May you all find what you are searching and longing for. Hashem can only come back if all HIS people are TRULY willing to empty themselves of everything and they are TRULY willing to do whatever it takes for HIM to come back.

Great as usual from you. BTW acupressure points on the hand & arm where we tie the straps of the Tfilin are important for health.

The strap's pressure makes the hands, and the forearm, and the ring finger, aware of the pathways to the heart.
