@@saidoosman4381 first, these cars were owned by people that found themselves in debt and had to leave the country or was confiscated because the amount of fines exceeded the value of of the car. There're only 2 ways to buy them: you paid the owner's dept and get the car, or attend Dubai police 's cars auction ( they can do that after six months of non payment). For the 2rd way you need to contact a professional dealer which is invited to the auction. Total price will be the price of the car ( the vehicles are usually as good as new, so they often has high bids ) and service pees for the dealer. I said that it's not easy after all.
