It's time for my monthly budget and cash stuffing. I use a zero-based budget and make a plan for every dollar!!
I filmed this late into the night and fell asleep editing it! I hope it doesn't put you to sleep like it did me! LOL
We are using savings challenges to get our Home Depot credit card off! While this card is at 0% we are on a journey to be financially independent! Can we pay it off TODAY??

Our 1 year debt total in April 2021 was: $274,008.61
Our 2 year debt total in April 2022 was $206,365.15
Our 3 year debt update in April 2023 was $210,786.75
Our 4 year debt update in April 2023 was $201,986.79
NOTES:
* In 2023 and 2024, we incurred more debt and paid a large portion of that debt off, so our debt paid numbers are actually higher than what they appear.

I saw a tik tok this morning about a microchip doggy door( the neighbors cat was mad they couldnt come in the microchip doggy door and it was a cat outside looking very angry Lol) . i believe it only opens for the microchips that are programmed so that the cats cant go in and out of the doggy door. great job paying down your debt!

We have a dog door in our house that we can control. When we needed a new storm door we got one with the dog door in it so when we are not in the house or it’s nighttime we just shut our main door and the dogs can’t get out. That is something to look into and such a great buy. On nice days we have the dog door open so our dogs can go in and out and not bother us. They also make dog doors where a dog will wear a special tag and the door only unlocks when the dog hits the sensor so the cats can’t get out.

We definitely need to get a doggie door! Bridger and I have talked about it multiple times! I haven't done much research but I did see the doors that have a special tag. # lifegoals for sure! LOL...I just need to set a goal for the Pets sinking fund and add extra in it to pay for the door, I actually think I have plenty in there now to pay for it, but I would want to replace it ASAP since that is their EF.

Don't worry! The new book will be around for quite some time! The OG Georgette book was available for 8 months but I anticipate the 2nd Georgette book being available for at least 6 months, if not longer!! Thank you so much! I think the biggest tip I have for you to help you get over your fear is to realize that we are just people like you. Cops are just ordinary people who deal with the same ups and downs in life as you do. When I am dealing with the public I remind them that respect goes a long way. If you treat me with respect I will treat you the same way. Like my mama always told me, "Treat others how you want to be treated."

@@SnowGardener307Budgets thanks. It isn’t the person I am afraid of it is the uniform. I have seen several people I know get in the uniform and the minute that it is on I am terrified.

@@momo2012ful hmmm...that stumps me. When I put on my uniform it doesn't change who I am or how I treat people. Is it just law enforcement uniforms or do fire fighters and other uniforms bring out fear too? If the fear is something you want to work on I would suggest a counselor.
