5:34 I never knew there was a 3rd gem but i knew there was the green gem and the rainbow gem The rainbow one is in the Floope building or something and in one of the pictures hanging on them, you have to take both of them and u will see where the rainbow gem is hidden

Another secret: go to the hospital nd go to the garage and go to the right you will see the generetor go to the ambulance and go to the tiny car and go look behind it and click the red button find every single one and the next on is in the room of glass click it and then go to the cabinets and open the all of them you might see a button there nd now go to the generator and go look top of it you will see a shelf get them out of the way then click the buttons and now the last on is this shelf that you can move its close to the generator and then move it and click the button and then it will open the lever and click the lever and boom you unlock the secret door in toca world hospital secret there you go:D
