God doesn't look at outer appearance, maybe you shouldn't. As for truth some men are intimidated by strong women ministers however bible states Acs 2:16 …16No, this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: 17‘- In the last days, God says, I will pour out My Spirit on all people; your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. 18Even on My servants, both men and women, I will pour out My Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.…

That was not what the Apostle was referring to...that was written for the Corinthian Church of his day which had some problems he was addressing. However, it's not up to me to correct you. Let God straighten it out.

I didn't comment to cause arguements. Many have their opinions over mine but I was commenting on my agreeing with this pastor and so forth. Which the comment field is open for any one to share their comment. And mine wasn't to start or provoke argue ments. The bible speaks on every issue its in the bible. And we should come as you are but once you ve read the bible it speaks about our dress. Not like boobs all out and being a woman of God and advanced in the position being in. But you won't get an arguement from me. The bible talks about every situation an issue we may have. To me the Bible is The Bible its still his word.

The Holy Spirit will not go against The Scriptures/Himself.

As you say: "... spread the Gospel …". But teaching and leading a church is much more than spreading the Gospel. It involves a lifelong caring and nuturing of members. It involves pastoral care, church management, making painful decisions, being available - even at night, visiting people in hospitals, looking after members who are bed-ridden or even dying, coping with difficult situations nobody else outside the ministry might ever face - and so on. For this sort of "work" you have to be *personally called* by God. Otherwise you would certainly be *crushed* by it. But don't get me wrong: The Great Commission is a God-given task for each one of us - but only with different responsibilities and to different degrees.
