Monterrey has the richest cities in all of Latin America, Monterrey as the capital, San Pedro the richest city and with the best quality of life in Latin America, San Nicolas de los Garza, has the best police in Latin America, has the tallest buildings in All of Latin America and soon a megatall of more than 500 meters that will be the 3rd largest in the entire continent, it has the best universities in all of Latin America, it has the least poverty in all of Latin America and it is going down more and more, it has the longest and most expensive artificial river In all of Latin America, in fact, it is the only one, it has the best salaries in almost all of Mexico, only below CDMX, I don't need time to decide Monterrey is on the rise for a long time and is the best city.

@@mrs.baileytoo9692 Don't lie to him. Warm is an understatement. It's either cold or scorching hot, plus the pollution problems that the government is doing nothing against
@alexjones1017
@alexjones1017 2 жыл бұрын
Bailey is right, it’ll get to 95 average and sometimes up to 105-110. Pollution is also an issue. March - October it’ll be hot. December to January is the coldest, low 50s at worst. But it can snow (hardly) or hail! So it’ll reach 30 but it’s not that common. It can rain too and receive storms that die off from the Gulf of Mexico, so think hurricanes that died off in Tamaulipas but the rain clouds still head your way.

I had no idea that they expanded into Monterrey. Anyway, you provided a great overview of the city. But one thing I was wondering - is there a walkable area - or is it strictly a car town? Yeah, we have the same thing in SONORA, in northern mexico we eat more flour tortillas than corn, in sonora we have these giant flour tortillas, for burritos, you put carne azada, salsa and refried beans, with guacamole, with a very cold tecate beer, cheers guys.

Yes cafe life rocks! Monterrey is a greatest transitional place as well. Their proximity to the border make the culture there pretty familiar to ppl from the states. Cheers and thanks for the sub!

LOL! Loved your little song as you were "almost a half mile" , too funny! I just recently heard about Monterey. Some one from there who owns a condo in my building told me that "it is a necessary city!', so I'm doing research now. I read in one article that it is the Dubai of Latin America. I currently am residing in Playa del Carmen but will put this city on my to visit list! Thanks a lot for the great info! Sta Bien!

The city looks good. I was there at the Monterrey airport this past July but didn't actually get to explore the area because I was changing planes to Tijuana Mexico. I'm too obsessed with Tijuana right now and hope to explore Monterrey some day.

@@ns7189 Well, Zona Norte is the most entertaining part of TJ, especially the clubs there like Hong Kong, Adelita, Tropical, and Chicago. They are all brothels too. If you only like quiet places, this isn't the place for you because it's very noisy here.

@@derekbuxton6626 Really? I’m Mexican and I think that Tijuana is not too pretty, in my opinion there’s a lot of better cities in Mexico to live and explore, but I’ve never been there so I’m not sure, I just saw it in some videos. I just heard about Tijuana nightlife, but not too much more

Great video! I did that hike back in March, so I can really relate. I could feel the result of two years of pandemic and not getting out much! I was out there for a few days, just to see an amazing rock concert by The Warning in their hometown, and then to get out hiking and of course for the food! The Starbucks there have Pan de Elote pastries! I did see a Tim Horton's. Tim Horton's is actually Canadian. I'd love to live in Monterrey, but for the air quality and the high-anxiety driving!!
