Employer is still waiting for their 407 be approved. Meanwhile Can onshore client apply for 407 training visa with just a reference no of 407 training visa waiting for approval.

Hi, Sounds like you may be eligible as an visa applicant. The most challenging part might be finding an employer to provide you with the required training and a paid position. It is similar to the challenge of finding an employer sponsor. Under this visa, does the employment time period count if we want to apply for 491 or 190 after one year? Or they consider it as a training program and not an actual skilled worker your is eligible for 491 after 1 year? Please answer thanks

it can take up to 5 months at max if its offshore for onshore, it can anytime even beyond 5 months for dependent, dont even ask so there is no specific timeline as it can takes months for dependent to get their visa unless they applied together with the primary applicant
