Alicia Fairclough there used to be a program a TV programme in this country in the 1980s called H A P P Y It had a song that went along with the title of the program Probably took me 20 years to work out it was spelling the word happy Same thing with DISCO -why did they keep singing D I SCO ? Sometimes being thick does bring some little bits of amusement Can you do a video on teaching people how to spell??? My whole life be changed if you could do that

Oh my god..... this worked, a lot. Whenever you snapped I collapsed, and I nearly had a panic attack. But i couldn't open my eyes and now I feel completely rested. I don't know how you do it, but this was truly amazing

I've been hoping for a hypnosis/relaxation video that was as short as this. I've been in situations a few times now where I had like 5 minutes to relax before an event/meeting. I think this was one of my favourite inductions, next to the snail induction . Like always seeing that you uploaded a new video, made me very *happy* . ;)

I’ve tried a few of these hypnosis videos and it seems so far that hypnosis operates on blurring the line between what is active participation and what is an induced effect.
