Is it possible to beat Borderlands 2 as a Sheriff's Posse? What if we tried it on OP10? Can we beat Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode and finally bring order to this chaotic planet? Borderlands, Borderlands 2, Borderlands the Pre-sequel, and Borderlands 3 all have guns that can get pretty wacky, but wacky doesn't always mean good. In this challenge run, we try to beat the game as a bunch of cowboys trying to bring law to Pandora (it kinda worked okay)! Want to see me try this challenge with a different gun, grenade, or shield? Comment below on what gun, grenade, or even shield I should try next! Any gun in any game (Borderlands 1, Borderlands 2, Borderlands the Pre-Sequel, Borderlands 3, and hopefully Wonderlands!)
Pandora has always been a lawless place, but what if we wanted to bring some order to this wasteland of a planet, Today we ask, Can you Beat Borderlands 2 as A Sheriff’s Posse. To start let me tell yall that exactly this challenge is. First, off the basic rules we will attempt to beat the game at OP10 UVHM, to the new borderlands recruits that pretty much just means the hardest difficulty and that everything is 10 levels higher than us. And no BAR, allowed. On the fun stuff, I will play as the sheriff and the others will be my deputies, The challenge is mostly centered around these badges, therefore, I will be running jacobs pistols while the deputies run Jacob's shotguns. The badges also provide us all with the extra fight for your life based on how many deputy badges are equipped, so I get an extra 60% while everyone else got an extra 30. And for the real kicker, if the sheriff dies (das me) at any point, I must save quit, and reset the map. This means my survival is of the utmost importance. Last thing before we get started ill show yall the rest of the gear and builds, we all have a basic shield and low-level grenade mod just for slagging purposes and in the COM slot I will be running the Legendary titan for tackiness, and the deputies will be running the Legendary Gunzerker coms for some DPS and longer Gunzerk duration. Here are the builds so that all the sal mains can make me cry in the comment section, For the duties, I pretty much gave them an AI-generated Deputy sal build, they all have 2 shotguns out instead of the usual grog and ladyfish in the main hand so I had to change some stuff to compensate for that. As for the sheriff build, I decided to suffer a bit and not give myself too much DPS but on the other hand, I have the most deadly skill combo in the game. That’s the right baby we're bringing the stinky back. Okay now that that’s all out of the way let's get into the run. With my trained deputies, wait you guys are trained right? Raise your hand if you’ve played deputy sal before, okaaaay raise your hand if you’ve ever played sal before…. (shotgun) Oh god what did I get myself into? Dude an all caustic build for this playthrough, grenade has to be acid rain, and no slag allowed(unless it's from an ability skill/perk), characters are either Maya, or gunzerker. Spam middle finger as often as possible. I put the stinky on em playthrough.

Quick question: If I were to do this challenge, could I add the Twister or the Hydra? The reason why I ask is because these weapons are also available as part of the DLC I'll also add an additional rule where I cannot upgrade ammo, just so I have a reason to use Rex and the Damned Cowboy over the Elephant Gun.

Wee Toasters were a kinda cursed ngl, imagine finding one of those in a box. Game really does become easier when you have a capable posse with you. Another co-op run idea could be 'Can you beat Borderlands 2 as a Moxxi Simp?' One element per simp with the main simp getting an element + the Creamer Kiss of Death grenades, and Moxxi's Endowement (which is useless) for the relic. As for solo, maybe a 'Can you beat Borderlands 2 as a Loot Homie' run could be fun? Stock up with Legendary/Pearl weapons before run, as well as with e-tech relics with the condition that with every death you have to drop the weapon, grenade and relic you're using and you have to use a different a different weapon. Also only one weapon, grenade, relic combo per life.

@@LilGasmask666 a law & order melee krieg playthrough would be pretty cool to watch, with slag, its what I usually used to use on my krieg even though it falls off in op mode, I would suggest using the grognozzle with it to enhance the lifesteal, alternatively grognozzle + hide of terrormorphous/captain blades rifle with 300% melee could be fun never tried that myself but the melee damage would be insane.

I think it was a missed opportunity to have melee krieg as the Sheriff. Thrown buzz axes are classified as pistols and so they gain the fire rate and damage bonuses. Krieg would also benefit heavily from the increased hp. Melee Krieg is very deadly to others but also himself. Bonus points for using the skill that causes teammates to damage him for extra mayhem

Challenge itself is awesome. So is the video. But i just can't..Every time i think of it, it just gets more ridiculous. Just a Sheriff and three deputies. No sirens. No former soldiers. No assassins. Just four guys. Two pistols, six shotguns, all without elements. And they just casually murder a god-knows-how-old ancient weapon designed to fight whatever the hell was living here back in the days. It's just.. Oh and also, don't forget to register Sheriff & Co™ or I'll steal it to make fun of my friends who almost hate using weapons without elements.

Here’s something interesting. Can you beat Borderlands 2 with returning gear from Borderlands 1? Aka can only use guns and stuff that were in borderlands 1 such as Skullmasher, Heckfire, sledge’s shotgun, Bone shredder etc etc. Also glad you showed Nisha what a real sheriff and a posse are.

I've seen normal constructors spawn in the Wilhelm fight, they only spawn if you take a really long time in the fight. I've seen them in both solo and duo play. In solo, I was farming Wilhelm and I afked after a kill and when I came back the constructor (low level) was tickling my level 50 character. In the duo run, me and my friend were playing an allegiance run, tediore Gunzerker and Jakobs Commando. That's why the fight took so long. It is also probably a sort of random spawn thing too, idk. It's a rare encounter, to be sure.

One request i'd like to make is a "can you beat borderlands: the pre sequel by only putting the stinky on 'em" run. The rules: 1:you're only allowed to use dirty items to attack enemies. For instance: The OZ kit that farts when you slam is allowed. Dirty tactics like punching below the belt also allowed cause its dirty: and therefore stinky. 2:any character allowed, but high chance its gonna be claptrap, as he's the most likely to be dirty out of all the others. Also he doesnt need air to breath, so thats one less problem. Nuclear wilhelm also fits though cause nuclear radiation is also dirty. 3:The chalange ends when you beat the watcher. 4:any difficulty allowed, and all glitches allowed too as they're considered dirty tactics. Same for farming enemies for better gear, like poop deck for a better fart-kit. 5: (and this is for all our sanity's sakes) If there is a part of the story you cant beat due to a glitch (like the baby turrets) you are allowed to use any means neccecary to get past, even if there is colateral damage (nade jump kills a innocent bystander while you try to skip area). It wasnt intentional, so it doesnt count as a non-stinkey kill. While you do that, im gonna figure out if you can beat mario+luigi: dream team without using dreamy luigi in combat. Its surprisingly possible after the tutorial, but painful.

It’s not that I’m new to Borderlands, it’s just that I play it casually. There are very few games that I do play on the hardest setting, let alone even try discovering what that hardest setting is, because I play most games to get immersed in the story. Some games I play on an average difficulty setting due to still wanting some challenge, meanwhile others I play on the easiest difficulty just to really get a feel for the raw emotion. Notable games that I do play exclusively in harder or hardest difficulties include Dying Light 2, Rage 2, Cyberpunk 2077, and Fallout 4. The first run I did for all 4 of them were all in the easiest setting. The 4 of them are also games I want to experience a gruelling challenge in, or experience a more-realistic survival experience with (Fallout 4, of course, being modded to hell and back to experience such a thing). Borderlands games, on the other hand? They’re not the most serious of games to begin with, and I’d rather have fun with them than let them become a grindfest while dealing with very-tough enemies. So I do get it, you’re putting an extreme edge on just for the speedrun’s sake - since doing that earns you serious fame in the community - but I think I’ll just play on easy or normal.

In this run you are ONLY allowed the bee loots For example: The bee shield The double penetrating... Wait no The legendary dahl pistol from kunckledragger The beehive Classmods ARE allowed as long as its not legendary You can use stock grenades but mostly use the fire bee Relics that boost corrosive (or fire for the grenade damage) is cool too Goodluck if you try! When I watched the stink in this video I felt even more inspired than in the gub video. I was away then, so I couldn't do it myself just yet. Today* I got back home, launched BL2, and it just so happened that I've had lvl 37 Salvador save on TVHM going to Frostburn Canyon, running something of my own build focusing on a middle tree. I know what I've had to do. I've respec'd to get the stinky ability and went to do the mission. I got very crusty after not playing any Borderlands for half a year, but I came back to proudly report that I've pulled off 2 stinkies on 'em badass psychos, 1 of them being an epic combo where Ms. "Howdy bois" passed him to me and I pulled off the stinky. She didn't even ruin it with her infamous one-liner. I screamed out of happiness. Best borderlands moment ever.

Think about it: "Can You Beat Borderlands 2 as Steve?" Blockhead, Longbow, Minecraft cosmetics. Krieg, Sal, or Zero might be good picks since they have solid melee perks. Default gear used in all your other challenges, no BAR. And you could blast Subwoofer Lullaby while taking down the Warrior.

The most impressive thing is how you managed to make deputy sal - one of the highest burst damage builds around - actually not steamroll content. :D Part of the problem was probably those legendary gunzerker coms. You definitely want a com with +5 or +6 to moneyshot, along with shotguns that have a big enough mag to use it and some crit bonuses. But then the video would have been way more boring, so you made the right choice imo. :D

Can you beat Borderlands 2 in a Conference? You said it looked like someone snuck in a conference call so why now another run like this with everyone using conference calls? If that isn't enough of a challenge, each person has a special element: Non, fire, shock, corrosive. Or swap non for slag and that is the only way to slag. ;) You can do it, right? All of you dress Sal in MIB fashion to fit the vibe.

i think an additionally fun rule would have been to have deputies - if they die "permadeath" until reaching the next area or beating a boss, taking off the deputy equipment so that you don't receive the benefits

Fun fact, if you’re lagging/rubber banding badly enough in BL2 you can use multiple Melee Overrides before the game processes it and puts you on cooldown. This is most notable with Maya’s slag orbs, I used to measure lag by how many orbs I could throw consecutively

Can you beat Borderlands The Pre-Sequel as Digi-Jacks? -All of you as Doppelgangers, one main one, the others as "Digi-Jacks" using only their melee override skill to shoot wrist lasers and throw grenades with copies of the same grenade mod currently equipped as the original Doppelganger. -You can't use your Action Skills, your other three doppelgangers ARE the Action Skills. -"Digi-Jacks" must also have the same shield as the original -When Digi-Jacks go in FFYL Mode, they must immediately die, no revives. -Everyone MUST have the INSPIRED perk

12:50 That baby Constructor supposed to be "Injured Constructor" if you playing on normal mode, and in True vault hunter mode it will become "Constructor 2.0" both suppose to be half health. But since you in UVHM 10, it become Baby Badass Constructor 🤣, the way to trigger it, is depend on Wilhelm and how long you fight him. "Wilhelm will occasionally launch a flare with Hyperion emblem into the sky, which will summon a Constructor from the nearby wreckage to aid him in the fight." It could happend in Solo run

@@LilGasmask666 it was for summoning all the bot bot in the Area to Aid him, and the "Baby Constructor" is a Rare spawn like a 94% Sham, i never see it too in my gameplay, but it was Possible 🤣🤣
