I actually created Christian Bale as my Fallout 3 char. I channeled his inner Bateman, Batman, and John Connor. He gained that bale fumanshu goatee after the enclave killed daddy Liam Neeson. He’s currently chilling at Tenpenny tower as a good Paladin. Prototype Medic Armor, outcast red helmet, vengeance Gatling laser. Companions are manservant Charon in T-51b with Eugene minigun, Paladin Cross, dogmeat, and sniper Sydney. Feels very wholesome lol. Til I go on a ripper rampage. It’s hip to be square…

I think you've got what it takes, as the playthrough is both pretty funny and well-edited. You also have a pretty damn smooth voice, kinda reminiscent of The Spiffing Brit but more collected. And you don't do any weird life stories or deliberately sexual and self-deprecating jokes (no offense, EDIT: Directional! Owl). Subbed and keep it up.

Ya like Marty Robbins? His early work was a little too depressing for me, but when Gunfighter Ballads and Trail Songs came out in '59, I really think he came into his own, culturally and artistically. The whole album has a distinctly Western feel and is pleasant to listen to while rampaging across the Mojave like the homicidal maniac that I am. He's been compared to Johnny Cash, but I think he has a more holistic sound.

Very impressive, welcome to the challenge run scene brother! If you feel like continuing the sigma male motif, maybe try Fallout NV as Joker (Heath Ledger) - Wear trench coat, shirt+vest, suspenders, any similar clothing. - Wield these weapons... >lever-action shotgun (use against posh people. White gloves, Omertas, Chairmen...). >explosives (use against criminals. Powder Gangers, Great Khans, Driver Nephi, etc.). >knife (use against anything). >flammables (use against your current nemesis, ex. Benny, Lanius, House). - Be an agent of chaos. Let nobody in on your true plan. Play the factions against each other. - Take the Terrifying Presence perk.

I really like this challenge! There are plenty that focus on weapons, but not nearly enough that include some roleplay element and actually stick with it. I would definitely like to see more of this type of challenge, I think you do a great job of it!

I'm a very anxious person to the point I can't sometimes get to work without experiencing extreme panic attacks. @@Klausinator451 I'm not even going to lie you, I'm the laziest ass when it comes to sports. I make sure to follow a healthy diet and have a good night sleep though, which is a must when dealing with anxiety. Going out on walks and spending quality time with my friends when I can is a huge help too. I'll get better. I'm not content with living like this. It is bearable, not the end of the world so to speak, but also miserable sometimes, and no way I'm sitting there watching it get even worse. Also, thank you for having this conversation with me kind stranger.

Solid video, I liked the editing and the humor of it. One piece of advice though, on character runs try to widen the variety of weapons you use to everything the character uses. Like bateman using a pistol and chainsaw. With this current video it basically elimates your option to do a "Can I beat NV using only an axe" type of run. It also fits the role play a little better, which btw I really liked you including story choices. Most runs like this just slap on an outfit and equip a weapon and call it a day, you went above and beyond. Eitherway, you gained a subscriber. Cant wait to see more

Thanks for the feedback. I went with only an axe as I thought people might enjoy that more than having multiple options - figured this would make the challenge too easy. The next vid I'm working on only has one weapon to work with, but after that one I'll do a character that has more options!

Down for a new guy to watch. Subscribed and hopefully you don’t rely on glitches like some of the other challenge runners. I feel it takes away the fun of watching when they just glitch their way through the challenge and end up not even being a challenge at that point

The unique version of cleaver can be found in the Wolfhorn Ranch behind the hills from Nipton. This is always a guaranteed, so it is the easiest place to find an axe type weapon.

I know, but I felt like Patrick is more known for his axe. When you see people dress in his costume for Halloween they always take an axe, not anything else. I also didn't want to make the run easier by giving myself alternatives. The more weapon restrictions the harder it is! (although once I got Knock-Knock it sorta became a breeze, woops). Also on the note of Charisma I agree as well. If I could go back I'd swap some points out Luck and put them into there to add a bit more to the roleplay.

Knock-Knock is such an excellent weapon, I didn't even know it existed until about the month ago, and it's now my favorite melee weapon in the game. It looks so clean and lean, does 208 DPS with my build vs 230 for Oh Baby!, weighs 8 instead of 20, and uses like 1/3 the AP in VATS lol

Perception doesn’t affect hit chance in New Vegas. Other than perks and skill checks, it just affects when NPCs show up on your compass.

just a tip for future runs, use Charisma as a dump stat for other, better stats (especially luck, increases crit chance, chances of winning at casinos, etc.)

This isn’t far removed from how I inevitably and invariably play this game. Incidentally, I have never gotten an ending other than wildcard no matter how hard I try.
