Yes. Its called the dr. Who run. Fairly certain mittensquad(rip) did this a few years ago.

He did for Fallout 3 & Nerbit has done this run for New Vegas, those are by all means better videos but now my own versions out there anyway.

Can you beat the game wothout killing? Yeah let me lower the stat the let’s you beat the game with out killing. Seriously all the fallout fanboys that shit on charisma because you don’t get to go pew pew.

Hey man, I thought I explained it pretty well in the video but I’ll give you a run down… Charisma affects the skills Speech & Barter, and a mechanic called companion nerve, essentially how effective they are in combat. Da Rulez state I cannot have companions, and since I can level up Speech and Barter independently charisma is COMPLETELY useless. I actually cannot use it

This is new vegas. Charisma is useless here. It helps in 3 and 4, but there is no build in new vegas that wants high charisma
