try beating any kingdom rush game without powers (reinforcements fireball etc), heroes, and barracks (and the gem shop ofc). You can call it the "traditional tower defence challange". So only the archer, mage and bomb towers are allowed and nothing else can damage the enemies on the screen (so no flowers and such in frontiers for example).

I did this for the original kingdom rush and it was ridiculously hard but I might try it again with these games. Thanks for the idea!

Quick tip You can tap on the spider to stop her from spawning spiders or disabling your towers

Not sure if it'd make a good challenge video, but you might enjoy Gem Craft. Its a pretty fun, yet difficult tower defense game

I figured this is important, but shyguymask did a playthrough of origins with only barracks, and cozynef did one with only barracks in vengeance.

Origin's mages are strong towers stuck in a game where 90% of the enemies counters mages and have star upgrades that give artillery true damage

I thought the same thing. But thanks to mods, you can use any tower in any game, and high elven mage just performed terribly even in the first kingdom rush game.

@@therealmorganofficial I imagine its bc its only useful in large groups of hight armour enemies such as the tainted trees in rotten forest, even then sorcerer tesla combo deals with that threat very efficiently

⁠@@therealmorganofficial Interesting. Not only did Ironhide make magic towers bad in Origins, but also just an overall weak magic tower in HEM. How does the Wild Magus fare in comparison? I’m hoping that the exploding instakill and silence paired with her machine gun attacks help in other games.

Idea: kingdom rush but I have to work harder not smarter. Challenge details: every single building point must have a tower on it, and every single tower must have ALL of its upgrades completed. This includes the two upgrades for level 4 towers.

You have to start playing other games too just in case you get stuck doing this, unless you enjoy it.

I haven’t had much time to record actual console games so I’ve just been recording on my phone, but now that schools out I plan to branch out into other games. Although I do love the kingdom rush games.
