Can we beat Pokemon Scarlet and Violet challenge with a team of only food Pokemon?
This is a run where I become the best chef and take on the biggest trainers of generation 9 with a team of food pokemon. With added extra set rules such as no terrastallizing and no items in battle, is it possible to become the best cook in the Paldea region?

Other food/edible pokemon for this would be Dachsbun, Arboliva, Petilil, Crabominable. Garganacl, Barraskewda, Basculin, Wattrel (maybe, the pokedex says its nests are a delicacy so), Polteageist, Toedscruel, Scovillain, Clauncher, Snover and Veluza all are either based on foods i.e Dachsbun and Garganacl (salt is a common condiment) or have explicit mentions or being eaten or producing edible things, edible claws, Snover grows edible berries, Polteageists tea is said to be delicious etc

Quaxly would still be a valid "food" Pokemon (it's a duckling), even its evolution. Peacocks can be eaten in some parts of the world. And Quaquaval is a duck-peacock hybrid.

Had 3 other ideas that might make interesting runs for you if you need the ideas. Monsters- Pokemon in the Monster Egg Group Humans- Pokemon in the humanlike egg group Inanimate objects- Pokemon like Magnemite, Varoom, etc...

This was a really cool run to see, I have never done a Nuzlocke myself or had a specific name theme when I play the games. Randomly I decided a cute name for my Sprigatito was Oregano and after I caught the story mandated Lechonk I decided to make every Pokemon I caught for this generation after various foods and ingredients and it's been pretty fun coming up with fun food nicknames for them all.

You should have included Daschbun (bread dog) , scovillain (spicy pepper), tatsiguri (sushi fish), and smoliv (olive) alongside you're appletun, bacon, and klawf. Edit: maybe a polteageist (ghost tea).

I used most of those (except for lechonk and Klawf) when I tried a food run. I also added sinistea and Nacli for extra seasoning.

Quaxly is still a valid food Pokemon option, even its evolution. Some countries consider peacocks to be delicacies and Quaquaval is a duck-peacock hybrid.

Orthworm could be unbearable if tera electric is in play, yes I'd allow tera type changes too. Yes, it might not have weakness due to its ability. Still fun to play with though.

actually you don't need to wait till night fall to take on penny it will just turn to night if you go strait there, i don't know if it only did that on my game or if it is in the code but it may work for you as well

How about a Titan run? You can only use breed forms of the Titans from the main story. Evs and ivs are optional, but can be maxed out since they will be from trade as long as the level you get your first titan at is around levels 5 to 6.
