You could have bought the Blizzard TM super early if you had done Bidoof's special dungeon to gain money. Also, if you recruited a Psyduck from Waterfall Cave, its ability Cloud Nine negates all weather. That would only help in the desert but it would allow you to do mission there for better rewards and to buy more orbs.

The reason Drifblim and Drifloom only exploded sometimes is because of their ability “Aftermath”. In this game, only deals damage if you are 1 square away from him. If you kill him from the distance, it doesn’t explode :)

Very nice video ! As a side note, some bosses are entirely optional and you can literally give up at the start of the fight and you will still progress in the story. Grovyle is one of them, so I'm surprised you didn't saw that, or you made the choice to beat it no matter what. GG anyway !

Someone needs to make a romhack where All enemies deal max damage to the player and partner, reviver seeds get replaced by revisers, defense and sp defense of the player and partner are set to 0. Perfect so you challengers don't need to reset.

Wow Blizzard (or any other room wide move) CARRIES these runs. Good pick. It's probably one of the only ways to avoid and deal with large numbers of enemies.

Good show, this was rather enjoyable. Don't think post game needs to be shown considering its basically gonna be more of the same strats, really. If anything this proves Blizzard is the single most overpowered move in the game.

without taking any damage at all? Unless you reload the game at every fail, it's physically impossible. Quite a few opposing pokemon will attack you the moment you enter a room or hallway from across the map. Others pointed out that weather counts as damage. Traps are everywhere and hidden. The only pokemon which can feasibly do this is Shedinja and as pointed out in other comics, having a weather band to negate weather damage
