Say, wouldn't pvz reflourished be better for challenge runs? Since it's mostly rebalanced and you only need to beat half a world to move to the next. Makes the balancing better.

Please explain why no leveling because that makes absolutely no sense Every video like this has rules like “only use … plants. only level 1 except peashooter lvl 2. conveyor belt levels dont count. cant use plant food” and then because of that its impossible to

It’s basically to make the challenge actually entertaining,because mastery 200 plants sweep the game and make everything lame.Levels that force plants are skipped since,well,you can’t do anything.

Using Gold Bloom and Imitater Gold Bloom is so incredibly stupid, but so funny for a 0 sun challenge. At least "Produce x Sun" levels will be easier. You've also earned yourself a sub, and I can't wait for more of the series.

Excavator zombie will eat if you plant the imp pear ON him. Like not in front of him, but when he’s in the middle of a tile, if you plant a plant on him, he’ll eat it.

What's the point of using Gold Bloom? Unless you need to make sun for an objective, you're better off using other 0 cost plants. (Not sure about the Power Mints though.)

It’s as a joke bro,also mints are forbidden,since someone beat the game with only them and they feel like win buttons at that point,that’s why I banned Zen Garden boosts,Boosted Impear wipes the screen.

6:15 iirc if you plant slightly behind an excavator zombie he eats the plant instead so impear could work

What sucks is that Sun Bean ain't 0 sun which is very annoying since it makes sense to be and if you get to Dark Ages then night 14 is impossible :( At least Hot Potato is 0 cost for Frostbite Caves :)

DA Night 14 will fall under “impossible locked and loaded” and I honestly forgot hot potato existed,goes to show how useful he is(though he will carry HARD frostbite caves,since I can’t use heating) and he gives me MORE slots to waste on useless plants babyyyyy.

i tried to beat arena with plants from each world, including tutorial, somehow the tutorial plants did better than the plants from pirate seas which for now is the only set i lost in, currently the plants i won with were, Ancient egypt, Wild west and far future btw this challenge means only plants frm the world plants no sunflowers"unless theres a sun producer in that world", I also counted premium plants from that world.

Leveling is varied across plants or you just messed up premiums or there was one very good opponent in the Pirate Seas Set.

@@Puff-Shroom all those plants are atleast maxxed or mastery 1-2, mastery doesnt really change it that much except for 2% chance to boost

Stop questioning the game's logic. You're defending Crazy Dave's lawn, but where is your lawn? Do you live in the same house? Then why did you only now meet Dave? How do you plant the plants so quickly? How do you have so many seeds? Why do the seeds "recharge"? Just stop questioning it. It's easier that way.

Solar Sage instantly kills 1 zombie and has a chance to instantly kill more zombies, while producing a LOT of sun along the way. Compare that to iceberg, which blocks 1 zombie for 10 seconds. HOW IS THIS BALANCED FOR 0 SUN. IT HAS POTENTIAL TO CLEAR AN ENTIRE LANE FOR FREE.

My original comment was me asking you why you were using a plants that gave you sun and a challenge where you use plants that don't cost sun. But then I realized you're doing it for the shits and giggles.
