Thanks. Took it out 14 times this year for a total of 45 days. I added a shelf unit on the front stand . I designed a small heater/ac unit that im about to build to add to it. That will be a wicked build along.

It’s nice when it’s muddy too. I can kick off mud on grate and final wipe on carpet. Locks up to keep it a bit more secure as well. Ty for watching

@@reelisticoutdoors4358 The door to the rear wall and the slide out kitchen makes for a great design in a small camper ! If you had a tailgate it would serve as a micro porch and extra security when folded up . Very well thought out design ! 👍

Nice build. Did a binge watch of the whole series from beginning. What is the overall height from ground to top of the camper (when attached to trailer) and the height from ground to inside of trailer bed.

Thanks for watching, Im not sure i have the height on the trailer but i will be out there soon doing the AC/Heater build i will grab a measurement for you. If i had to guess its 22 inches off the deck plus the 5.5 ' of the trailer. Are you starting a camper?

@@reelisticoutdoors4358 Yes. Looking at possible ideas. My requirements are it should sleep 2 Adults & 2 Kids and be able to carry 4 bikes in the back. I been doing roof top tent camping for about 3 years now and looking to switch to trailer camper

not bad idea but as it turned out there was enough room between the gate(ramp) when closed so I mounted it on the gate.

How do you mount and dismount the camper pod from the trailer? Is it light enough to push off with skids underneath or do you use a winch?

I used a hand winch. Just to go slow as there wasn’t much space either side. I made rollers that attach to my ramp. I jack it up and winch it on rollers. Moves real easy.

Well I didn’t build this one to be light. I wanted a bit more protection from bears than my tent. Lol I can’t remember exactly, I mention the weight in one of the final videos. I think the one that I took it out for first trip.
