I have a question in the case of LMIA Exemption case 3, if I am on PGWP and I have worked continuously for this employer for a year ( NOC B), the employment offer they gave me at the beginning does not specify the time, it just job offer Undefined contract, would that apply for the 50 points? I think I meet all the criterias to claim CRS points for the job offer except the one which says "employer agrees to employ me 1 year after the PR application is approved". I am not really sure if any company can I write such a clause because it's hypothetical. Can I claim points without this particular clause?
