Hats off to everybody who drives their 911 as a daily. I have my 992 now for about 1 1/2 years and just crossed 30'000km

I have a 991.2 gt3 6 speed in Voodoo blue. It’s a phenomenal car but certainly not a daily driver in my book. My go to Porsche is my Targa 4 GTS also with a manual. Much more comfortable and still a blast to drive.

Dont forget the lack of proximity key fob. You always gotta grab your keys to lock/unlock the damn thing. 😆 That wing for sure blocks the type of vehicle behind you. I always gotta move my head around just to make sure there arent any cops behind me before ripping it. I have mine for 10 and a half months and just hit over 11K miles. Its very addicting to drive i have to admit. 😖

I drove my friend's one for 2 weeks as a daily. Low ground clearance, PDK clumsiness at low speeds, stiff suspension and relatively weak low end torque are a few things I've noticed.

Not a daily for solid reasons No torque … once you get used to a twin turbo like a McLaren or a Porsche Turbo S with instant power you are spoiled But as a Weekend Canyon / mountain roads / Trackday car being able to wind it to 9,000 rpm is awesome for sure 992 GT3 suspension for these activities is superb of course The 9,000 red line great but 14,000 on a sport bike even better

I don't find the bucket seats to be a problem for daily driving. But the tyre roar on long motorway drives is annoying.

It doesn't have a normal suspension mode 'cause ulike the carreras it has ball-jointed suspension linkages.

Did you try the bucket seats yourself before you ordered it with the standard ones? Are you sure the bucket seats are less comfortable? I feel like its probably so snug on the back so I wouldn't get back pain, but yet I haven't tried it.. Cool Video thanks :)

Porsche can fix this problem if they wanted. Porsche know what is going on. How about the Porsche USA selling a 2022 GT3 Touring to the Store Manager for invoice, only to have the Store manager drive the car for a few weeks and then sell it as "used" for significantly over invoice. Porsche co-signs the shenanigans. Looks like they way want to take an alternative model of business in order to stay relevant.

I dont think its a great daily and I have a 991 GT3 haha. Although I do drive it alot but to A and B places like dinner. Love your car though! would love a 992

hey mate:) now i have RS7 (you also told that you have RS7 for daily) but i decide to sell it, because for me this car like...comfortable, good exhaust sound, etc, but no emotions at all, so i decide to sell it. also i have 992 Carrera and 2015 Cayman 981 as my wife's car. now my thoughts to sell RS7 and then upgrade Cayman to Cayman GTS for my wife and then order GT3 or Turbo for me as a daily car. what will be your advice?

I dont understand, who wants 992 GT3 track day car for daily..maybe with touring packet..but 992 GT3 is for pleasure from driving it - not for ride into local market with speed 50km/h..or into work in centre of city..pleasure from driving it with on track, or some sports driving around districts.. or some weekend drive, journey to mountains roads etc..but as daily? Omg why?! Its stupid..buy normal 911s..:D
