The building looked amazing so we followed the footpath into reception and had a good look around in there.
We was handed a leaflet by the receptionist so we look at it outside.
We are then approached by the Operations Manager Dave who takes me by surprise.
He asks security to remove me which is when it starts to get much better.
Robert tells us all about the place and was a pleasure to meet.

Robert acted in the way that the manager should have done. He redeemed the reputation of the company, but everyone now knows that the ops manager is a pratt. I bet all the staff watch this and laugh behind his back.

If some random person from nowhere came to me with a camera to assess my attitude at work and make a judgment, I would tell him that he must be crazy and if he follows me I’ll have to leave my hand print on his cheek, and I am the most easy going person and soft natured person that many people say that they know

The women in reception were great and the security chief was just brilliant. Calm, professional, articulate and knowlegeable about who auditors are and drone flying. Barr you need to give Robert a raise, he presented a fantastic customer facing image of your company. The operations manager was just an arrogant idiot. He needs retraining to gain some customer relations skills because he has none.

Ive seen a lot of audits, but never have I seen someone working security show such professionalism. Robert is in the wrong job, he is leagues ahead of the Operations manager who really showed himself up and let the company down. As a Scotsman, we love Irn-Bru and actually are quite protective of it when anyone says they do not like it, however, they changed the recipe and massively reduced the sugar content and replaced it with cancer causing Aspartame. Not only is it potentially dangerous, but it tastes vastly inferior. They brought out a vintage version with full sugar, but it has a disgusting soapy quality to it. @Barrs : Bring back the real Irn-Bru and please, have a word with that operations manager, have him apologise and have him contact DJ Audits (in his contact info on the channel) and offer him a tour of the facility. He may not come back, but the offer should be made.

As a security guard Robert was amazing 👏 . Dave on the other hand is very much a sir on his backside and do paperwork and wants to throw his weight around. Hope his superiors see this video and have a word with him. The reception staff even though they didn't know what was going on they didn't start to get angry and shout get out and call the police which is refreshing.

He's not demonstrating the stated values of Barr's, which makes me think that they don't really practice what they claim to believe. He's also a manipulator and a liar, saying that DJ was aggressive to try to get the Rob to throw him out. Well done Rob for remaining professional. I'd give Barr an F for their slimy management BUT the security gets an A+. I won't be buying Barr's drinks again.

3:29 Reception staff professional, and polite. 7:51 Considering he is supposed to be the operations manager, his attitude is that of a small child who is not used to the word "no", even accusing @DJ AUDITS of being aggressive, I have never watched a single video from DJ where I would class him as being aggressive, defensive maybe, but this only happens when, somebody like this operations manager gives attitude. 8:54 Robert the security guard I feel personally is in the wrong job, maybe swap jobs with the operations manager with the bad attitude, security remained calm, professional, polite, and even answered questions, but then again, if they did swap jobs, it would then look bad on the security, I truly hope the operations manager's boss watches this video, and decides to re-train his operations manager to a much much higher level.

We have all met Dave in one form or another, know what type of car he drives and how he likes to show off in the pub or while on holiday and requires a job role of status so people are forced to talk to him being Billy no mates. What an utter tool. Ironically you usually expect that from the security and as others have said Robert is an absolute gem….maybe a petition to get those two to swap jobs?

Yes. I can never understand why people like Dave under sell their company by being mean spirited. My take is, they see someone like DJ and under estimate their value and following. Maybe if he turned up in a suit and a high end market car people like Dave would take him more seriously. It’s a pity really because I the end it’s often the man in the street (us) who are the end market for their products.

Note to DJ: Just a suggestion. I know you give out the keyring to individuals that know who you are but how about giving it out to someone that might not know who you are but that showed professionalism and demeanor that you think is worthy to give them a tag. That Ops manager was a nasty little shit..Imagine working under him? Little aggressive bully! Bob was spot on..Well done Bob! What a lovely guy. I love the way the buildings are painted, to blend in with the sky (when we do get it blue! lol)

Big Rob just wants an easy life. Legend. Reminds me of my old Pe teacher who became somewhat of a father figure to me during the summer of 97 when I went through a harrowing experience, I was beaten to within an inch of my life by a gang of teens. Mr Hinchcliff nurtured me through the next 3 months with kindness and compassion.

Another good audit DJ. Robert was an absolute gentleman. Treated you with respect, gave you info, even had his SIA badge. The ops manager, what a pratt. He was not a good advert for the company at all.

Wow, the first staff made me think I'm happy I'm making a point of buying Barr drinks rather than their competitors, the manager changed that in an instant and I said to myself they've lost a customer, but the security guard made things right again. The manager needs to consider giving some of his wage to the receptionist and the security guard to thank them for behaving like he should have done.
