@@TimelapseTruckerRTOT Would suggest getting a standard car for rallycross first, then get some seat time in it. Dirtfish in North Bend, Washington has some fun 3-day sessions. Rallycross is a magnitude cheaper than stage rally.

Lovin the latest videos with your ranting. Keep doin them. It's hilarious. I'm not a trucker, but I do enjoy all the heavy and off-road trucking stuff. I was at a point earlier in life where I heavily considered being a heavy equipment op or a trucker, but I'm in tech now because it's extremely easy for me and it pays quite well. In another life perhaps.

Hey Spot Bot, there's a Kenworth house down here in Dallas, Texas or in McKinney just north of Dallas that you can order all kinds of decals and emblems for your truck. They can scale out the letters to how ever big you want them to be. Might give them a look see and see if they might have what you are looking for or might need. I Figured that's a lot closer to ya than Australia is.

I had an HKS 6spd dogbox in my rx7, yes blew out the rear end on a clutchless 2-3 shift. The transmission was bruised after that. Now it has a Quaife 6spd sequential.

Your c500 is just like mine the air bags level side to side not front to back. It is possible to run it off one level valve but you have to reply back everything. My western star is like that and rides like a tank. I love my c500 just the way it is

if the one side wasn't broken i think it would be fine. i got it to go up now by its self, the one square tube is broke off so it catches on going down. if i give it a shove it goes now on its own. just needed love. and to be used, it was pretty rusty

i would'nt think two leveling valves would change ride smoothness. same air pressure to bags just quicker inflated and dumped. we started using two leveling valves on kw ag100 air ride on logging trucks around here and most kw"s in this area do. i had a 900l with ag400 end dump i changed over cause it was soooo tippy and two really helped that, this t 800 i got now has 46k primax and it came with two which is how salesman in missoula ordered it. repair shop i use hate it and was going to remove it cause its a pain to adjust ride height on and i said no way, leave her be. it defintly make truck less tippy. pete air track doesnt seem to need it or so the guys around here claim. thats my long windy take on it, im sure some will disagree
@TimelapseTruckerRTOT11 ай бұрын
Food for thought for sure. Rare I feel I’m going to tip over. Out of all my trucks this one rides horribly. Thought I’d start there. Also going off bag pressures for weights, I’m not getting the same readings. 50psi say it’s 26,000 some times more sometimes less. It really needs to be bang on all the time
@timbertrans11 ай бұрын
U probably have air ride cab, I let shock go to long and little leveling valve on it was working properly and that really affected the ride.

not widely used no but there out there, we have 4 at brawler. most guys use T800 or C500, soome that do more highway use W9 but rally preference at the company, i dont think it cost more then a T800. the turn radius sucks i've heard. would only be a problem for wheeling the big stuff, its a extra turn every tight turn
