God's people wondered why God did not seem to rescue them from their trials. They wondered if perhaps God had diminished in strength - if His hand had become shortened. Isaiah the prophet assured the Israelites that this was not the case. Pastor Jack reminds us that God’s ear is not heavy and He can hear us just fine, however it’s our iniquities that have separated us from God. Sin has separated us from God. This explains why God's people no longer felt the face of the Lord shining on them. It was the sins of God’s people, not the inability of God to hear, or His lack of interest in hearing. God desires that we are reconciled to Him through the confessing of our sins. He is more than able to hear our prayers and forgive.

MY MIDNIGHT CRY I am crying to the Lord, crying out for His return. The Maranantha, the remnant is weeping for the bridegroom ... Lord, do not delay any longer. The Lord can convert hearts in a fraction of a second. Before I finish this prayer, your Holy Spirit can transform and convict all who do not know You as their Lord and Savior . By bringing to their memory Your word, able to cut and bleed their hearts, bringing genuine repentance. Whether through praise, television program, pamphlet, dream, vision, thought, or a conversation in the innermost heart. No one, absolutely no one can withstand His voice, if so desired by the Lord. The Lord is the one who convicts. It is the Lord who hardens or breaks hearts. So Daddy, we beg you, save all those who do not know you right now, Daddy. Whatever is hindering or delaying His coming. I know that there is nothing impossible for You. You can do all things. Now let the supernatural power of your Holy Spirit move and then: come and get us Lord Jesus. Today, now, please! Our hearts cry out to be with You. Come, Lord. Your bride suffers from longing. We desire to go home. This world does not belong to us. This world does not support us. And we do not support it, because we are not from here. Father, the Lord knows our heart, we are not being ungrateful or despising all the blessings, deliverances, love, protection and miracles that you have given us. You know that we have a humble heart, we are infinitely grateful, more than words can express. But NOTHING compares to being with the Lord. NOT ANYTHING! This is our greatest wish: the Lord! Come, Lord! Make haste to seek us. We love You! We Love You Jesus! Maranantha!

Amen to this whole sermon! This is where I am at. Please don’t take this post as a “ holier than thou” statement, it is strictly an unpleasant observation of what I see. My Christian family believes that repentance is not necessary. They believe that you can walk in sin and not turn away from it and still keep God’s ear. I am constantly told never to discuss a family members sin, don’t ask them about it, It’s fine because God knows what is in their heart. So my question is , if we constantly embrace sin, and ignore Gods word, were we ever really saved in the first place? I mean, where is the sick feeling in your stomach, in your heart? I know when I get that feeling of self disgust I need to ask for forgiveness and try my darn best not to do it again, because I really hate disappointing Jesus. And on a side note, Man I’m hungry. Scripture is like the best meal I’ve ever tasted lately.

I have met many people, even people here on KZfaq, you say that they don’t sin anymore and judge those of us who do that we aren’t saved 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. We are so blessed church to have such a loving God so full of mercy. I work for Muslims who have a “god” who requires works up works upon works. And IF they are lucky to have done enough they MAY go to their heaven. One even told me “it became so exhausting I stopped praying. It was a ritual 5X a day and I just couldn’t do it anymore”.

djfg1938 lol. I’ve sinned against several customer service reps (not proud of it). In that case all you can do is ask for forgiveness.

And God knows if that person has left and is on the other side of the world... God knows its immposible for you to go and say sorry. Ive always felt the way u do...lol

So If I never see John again then I will Never be forgiven by Jesus? Is that what you are saying pastor? Because if that is the case then it would be impossible to ever be forgiven.

It's really not my place to answer your question, but I feel I want to reach out and help you, i cannot tell you where it's biblically written, but I do believe this. Imagine you did ''sin'' against a person, but for countless reasons you can never seen him/her again, but in your heart your feel regret and sorrow over your actions, then of course confess your sin to Jesus , He knows your heart, and your true motivations .As Pastor Jack says at the end of this video, God is absolutely able to forgive, (time frame 43:00 minutes ) I hope this may have helped you.

JAMKR K I don’t think that is what he is saying. But he is right, we must make amends to those we have sinned against, I can feel it that it is true. I am a harsh person and definitely owe a few people a genuine apology, but those people are no longer in my life either. So, I am going to pray and ask God to hear my prayer, ask him to show me where I can make reparations and where I can’t I am going to ask his forgiveness and ask to be shown when I am in the midst of stepping out of line and stop myself right there. I always find the true word of God makes me squirm, and being told I have to ask my fellow brothers forgiveness, made me squirm.
