Great video mate. I installed a tesla screen on my insignia and girlfriend now want an android unit in her focus. Looks so much easier than the insignia setup

Thanks for the video. I just ordeded this unit from Wish. I already have a aftermarket unit from Pioneer in the car but the screen is bad and its missing GPS(only avilible with Apple car play or something). So a external GPS and microphone is already routed to the top left inside the car. Too bad this Android unit doesnt have a mic input because the mic to the Pioneer unit is really good. The one to the Android one is built in, right?

2 clips at the bottom, 2 clips at the top and 2 clips in the middle. only the bottom ones require those metal clips.

Hi! The climate control panel in my car is like this. I would also like to buy such a unit, but the link in the description does not point to a 10.1-inch display, but to a 9-inch display. That wouldn't even be a problem. But the installation frame is completely different for the climate control part than what I see in the video. According to other descriptions, the 9-inch frame does not fit this climate controller. Can you help me where I can buy the same one as you have? Unfortunately, I can't find it. Also, if you don't have one, would the other 9-inch frame be good? I am also interested in another solution.... Thanks for the help!

Hi, I got a question, it's a bit off, it's about the shift knob. My Focus is MK2 just like yours and I need to replace mine. I looked on the internet "Shift Knob, 6-Speed, Rs - Ford (H1EZ-7213-A)" I'm not sure about the compatibility as it indicates "For 2016-2018". I'd appreciate any take you'd have on this. Thanks!

Oh this looks nice. I've got the standard 6 disc changer on mine (with shocking signal reception) I think I'll have to treat her to one of these as it makes the interior look much smarter. Are you happy with it or would you recommend a different unit now after spending some time with it?

I would. It does suffer radio signal wise in poorer weather. You can get a DAB add on which would be worth the money.

Thanks jason. Not had much feed back regarding it. I think it was the right thing to do. It's a little more personal and has a ring to it that has something to do with that the videos are about. Not like absolute Modicts which means nothing in reality.

Thoes 2 rcas on the ford conversion cable should be for the factory aux port to still have functionality

Ben Moore thanks for the advice ben. I wasn't sure but been doing some research and seen that it connects into the other loom I disconnected. I'll reconnect it next time.

Bluudys Garage no problem it it should go into that loom you disconnected it looks the same setup as the Chinese eonon and xtrons units I've owned also of you turn off handbreak you should be able to watch videos without having to ground the cable 👍

I've just installed one right now. Not enought adjustments, the steering buttons doesn't work and the piece of plastic is bad manufactured and pushesh the buttons of the air conditioner. Sound quality is a bit meh but it's okay for the price, better than the original radio. I suggest better paying more for a better brand, even chinese, or for a Kenwood or similar one.

You go into the settings menu to do the steering wheel controls. They are a great fit just a little fiddling with to get right 👍🏻

@@paulgregory4841 Wel... mine doesn't recognize the controls. IDK why but no button works, bul I have the cheapest version. The brand and the seller are just crap, now i know, but at least the sw controls should work.
