In this video I'll give you tips on how to maximize your rental income on your Costa Rican house or condo. I live in Jaco Beach and own several rental properties that I've been renting on Airbnb and VRBO for many years so here I'll share some of my tips.

I stayed in this unit, M16 at Paradise Condo. It is a beautiful condo and I loved everything about my stay there. A five-star experience which I recommend highly.

I rent by bus "skoolie" 🚌 that I have at my farm in Turrialba for $100 a night and to created i only spent $10 thousand $. In Costa Rica if u want to make money u gotta build different things like tiny houses and all that . They rent for more money than a regular hotel or airbnb. And I guess I my case as a Costa Rican I don't have to pay any taxes or anything. My dad gave me a big chunk of his land for free so

good info sir, recently bought a place near la fortuna with 2 small cabins which are air bnb also managed by a remax owner/mngr- i don't like the fees and then 13% to c.r.....i am going back down in dec and staying in the studio cabin until i build my 2 bdrm place on the property and will learn to run it myself...yes there are lots of expenses to cover from elec, water, garbage, cleanings, maintenance, fumigation, landscaping, supplies-should i go on...whew...all out of pocket in slow season, these cannot be forgone even in slow season..bought in october.so i will see in the coming months any profits....thx
