When I was restoring my 1861 Steinway I found a tech that had the "Largest supply of ivory west of the Mississippi" - it fit in a coffee can. I needed 7 pieces - which he had and gladly sold to me for $375 I also used a tooth whitening paste to help smooth out the colors. You couldn't tell it from the originals.

I wouldn't. I've repaired Piano keys of all kinds. Its best to have them all done at the same time. I've never fixed one alone. Not even sure if its possible.
