After white plays Rd1, if black moves the knight anywhere, white will win by Nb3 checkmate. The black queen cannot take Nb3 because it’s pinned by the rook

If Re1, black can play Nb3. Then if NxNB+, a2xN . . . and black survives with a draw.

Pawns can't take backwards. Also, rook starts on e1.
