Can you teach your cat tricks ?

After many months of training, we finally did it!
Simba and Ginny learned 3 tricks to show their wits.
We took around 1 month to learn each trick and then an additional month to practice doing those tricks together in a combo.
More cat tricks are coming!

If they are chatty at all, you could teach them to meow after you speak or sing! I had a chatty ginger who loved to "talk" back! He fetched too, no one taught him that.

Impressive! You have done very well with that. In college, I trained our lab rat to push a lever to feed itself one pellet... then it had to push the lever twice, then three times. It would also walk around in a circle, and put it's nose in one particular corner. For our cats, I do things differently, I allow them to behave as they naturally will, and I observe them. When I see a behavior that I like, jumping up in my lap, or standing on their hind legs, I reward them and encourage them. To train a cat to do what YOU want the cat to do is awesome! Dropping another LIKE on your video, Watching and Supporting!
